GT4 Spec II Hybrid Codes

[FRR35H]

Couldn't find these codes anywhere so had to reverse engineer and work backwards from the US spec codes but I've tested these and they work. I've left these in Pnach format but anyone who has used codes before should know how to convert back to gameshark etc.
Thank you to Admiester for the awesome mod and giving me the thumbs up to post these codes and thank you 60fpshacks for providing me with the codes he had which helped lead me to this discovery.
Before anyone asks, there are plenty of tutorials about hybriding out there so this is not one of those threads, this is purely to provide the base codes.
