GT4 Tuning

I may get my ass whooped for this question, but here it goes.

Does all the GT3 tune settings work for the same cars that are on the GT4 edition? Where would I be able to find the cars tuining that isnt in the GT3 edition.

I honestly don't think anyone has asked that.

Tis a good thought though.

However, since the Physics engine has been improved, it's highly unlikely. I'd like to suggest that you experiment and develop a comparison with a few cars. Pick three FR cars, and the same track. Adjust settings and note their performance.
