Quick guide to replay checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Racing Hard and that the power is 439 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle

I must have a problem with my gmt clock so I was late, no biggie, here is the time of my best lap: 1'26.243, I had fun with this combo but should have run more and sub'd on time.

Erik,It seems that this site is on gmt +2 and why?,I don't know.

All I know is that I'm gmt +1 and when it is 7 0'clock my time,I put the results together.

If there is a mistake my side or the planets,I am happy to put you in the results.

No worries at all Sjaak, I don't mind. I noticed a few weeks back that I was an hour late but forgot, so it is 11 am mountain time for me.

I do have my gtp clock set to gmt and it is an hour late also, so it must be a summer thing, like daylight savings or such....

B2b Silvers, w00t! Never even podium'd before in D1. Such a strange and steep change from D2 to D1. It used to be I'd always get a podium in D2, and I usually run mid D1 or so. Its sure nice to have the fasty-fasts take a break isn't it? lol.

If it wasn't for the chicanes i could have run that one all day but 10 laps in i was getting cheesed off with it, damn chicane grr. I mean even on my fastest lap i messed up but was not in the mood to keep going as my T2 to T3 will show lol, oh well. Im trying to keep it fun for myself but the ps3 keeps calling me lol

Although, my fastest lap(not even sure if it was clean) was a 1'26.4. Granted, I had a 1'05.6xx T3 on that ONE lap, but the last sector was f'd. Oh well.

I had great fun this week. I like GT mode but it's certainly an invitation to spend wayyyy too much time on the combo!

That's for the excesive use of the curbing.

The thing that seemed to help me the most was having Brake balance set low to 1 1. It allows for the use of braking and gasing at the same time. Zero chatter and also helps the handling throughout the corners. IMO there is no reason to go any higher than 3 3 (with most cars) with brakes balance. Going higher does not stop you any faster, it just causes more chatter.

Nice racing everyone! Was a fair amount of luck involved in this one for me, pulling off as many of the key slides & close calls as possible in the same lap. NTSC replay attached.

FWIW, I have been beat several times, & my times would usually have put me at the bottom of D2 (unless there weren't many entries or it was a handicapped race). Regardless, I let Sjaak know that a promotion is purely up to him & the D3 competitors. I'm fine with it either way. I've had plenty of fun & will continue to do so in either division. Winning is fun for sure, but I'm really just in it to get the most I can out of the combo every week.

Wow!! rmk700 you caught some serious (real ugly) air on the very first left hander after the start line and a some what close call just before finish line . Other than that, not a bad looking run. Everything looks legal to me. 👍

The speed through the chicane made the difference, took off a big chunk of the hill on the left and kept solid control around 127mph through it. Kept her tame with some 2 foot action, nice run.

Noticed your location is rockies. Colorado?? My user name means RMK Rocky Mountain King. It's what Polaris calls there deep powder snowmobiles that I have. I'm in Utah BTW.

Utah is nice rmk, I spend time in the flaming gourge, fishing the tail water of course

I'm in New Mexico, I travel all up and down the chain, like to go through silverton and auray and then shoot up to flaming, then tetons and up to montana, love it at glacier park. Fly fishing and deer hunting mostly, and btw Idaho is really cool along the wyoming border 👍
