Based on this and past performances, esh is now a division 2 driver. Congrats again mate. 👍

I also want to thank all those who took the time to combine their lap times, it really saved me a lot of effort that can be put to better use elsewhere, like having a life for example.

To streamline the WRS administration process, all replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. This thread will be listed as "Unofficial" and will become "Official" when all posted replays have been checked. After 7 days, any racers achieving a Gold time who do not provide a replay will have their lap disqualified.

Quick Guide To Replay Checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Sports - Soft and that the power is 134 / 150 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle.

Congratulations to everyone. Nice close race, eh? There's a lot of little battles through all the results. Why do all the insanely fast guys must start their name with H??? Hekke, Hugo, Holl... That's a very nice time Hekke, even better than I expected. Looks like I'll have to wait a long time before I can win this series again. Also good times from Strop and esh, challenging division 1 racers. 👍 👍 👍

Congratulations to all the winners this week ... incredible times up there in Div I, I don't know how you do it. I'm as surprised as anyone that I ran as fast as I did this week, after two months off I thought I'd be sniffing Div III exhaust fumes for a while.

I actually had to go back and check that I'd run the right cars and HP (it was the Motul Raceworks Group C Mini right ????). As far as I can tell ... yes ... here are the replays in no particular order (I have no idea). NTSC US replays for anyone who wants to check them.

You know I seriously thought about going with pink (being the rebel that I am ), but then I thought ... wouldn't it be really embarassing if I managed a podium spot and got dq'ed for having the wrong colour ...

I personally think your time should stand, but your punishment should be five hours of community service teaching guys like me how the hell you make these ride-on's go so friggin fast

Thanks for posting the vid's too ... living in the land of the great cornerless oval there aren't nearly enough NTSC replays posted for GT4, and I'm always keen to see how you guys do it (race that is ).

Great laps Hekke, I watched both vids and your tunnel 1 entry is way more respectable than mine 👍 I get close to the inside wall with both cars but still clean which will do, yellow or blue the lap is great and valid mate

I was able to pull the replays with Firefox but not IE for some reason.

Anyway, checked and clean 👍 Looking forward to some stiff competition in DivII.

Almost followed in Ron's footsteps myself, not because I slept in though ... deadline is 1PM PST here. Rather I was desperately trying to reacclimate to the Alfa and shave a few tenths off, figuring that given how close my total was to the .5 mark I was going to miss the boat to the podium by 52/1000. Ended up not being able to improve it and submitting with 30s to spare :-)
