This thread will be listed as "Unofficial" and will become "Official" when all posted replays have been checked. After 7 days, any racers achieving a Gold time who do not provide a replay will have their lap disqualified.

Quick Guide To Replay Checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Sport - Soft and that the power is 450 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle.

Ahh here we have a quandry, I have no way of getting my replay from PS2 to PC, as I don't have an action replay or similar

If you plan to run here in GT4 events and work to improve your skills, a Max Drive would be a good investment. Not only can you share your own replays, but you can also view replays from faster racers. You could even go back and run one of 182 past WRS events, see how your time stacks up, and download replays from the fastest racers.

Watching replays from faster drivers and chasing their ghosts is one of the key things that helped me to improve my racing.

Congrats to Jake for the overall win, great job, and is that your first? I know participation is dwindling, but a win is a win.

Congrats to xrad and raz_10 for keeping the D2 golds all bay area.

And congrats to D1Racer_NZ for the D3 gold. 👍

Big week for me on GT4, finishing the BMW cup, last week of GT4 WRS, and SFGTP4 this weekend.

Would love to give it all a good go, but only so much time in the day. We shall see.

Well I really messed that one up.

Nothing personal, just a little distracted, at a glance, I thought he was fastest.

And I know D2 has some good drivers, I've had my share of golds and wins in my short stint in D2.

Just been spending most of my driving time on testing and laps for my own series.

Nice job, hope you might be able to join us in GT5 WRS.

Checking these also, including yours.

EDIT:
I have checked Jake's, raz_10's and xrad's replays.
They are all clean and green, with 449hp, SS/SS tires and TCS.

Nice run guys.

Xrad had the most footwork through the mid section and was fastest through the last left turn to the finish line, I believe thats what got you (xrad) the win as you and raz_10 were only .011 seconds different at T2.

These replays are cool to watch as the cars suspension moves quite a bit, not like most cars we run. You can see the car dive and roll over this tracks terrain, and its an old American muscle car.
