Replay posting :
Gold times in each division are requested to provide a replay.
Please post your replay before the week-end so that everything can be checked before the next race ends.
Posted replays will be attached to this post (after having been converted to .max format when necessary).


Quick guide to replay checking :

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are normal and check that the car matches the maximum power as shown in the list below.
2. look a first time at the replay from the farthest top view (R1 R1 as soon as the race starts, X if you need to switch to the outside cam)
3. look a second time at the replay from the same view but reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect a third wheel off track, freeze the replay (Select button) to enter photomode.
5. if you suspect a contact with wall, check the data logger for any weird pike (speed drop) under full throttle.

OT:Since there's really nothing else to talk about, I thought I'd point something out.

Do you think it's fair to be disqualified if you posted the replay, but noone bothered to check? Unlikely I know but it is possible someone posted the replay but noone realized that it was, like in an edit or something.

Wahey! Congratulations to all Div winners and infact gold times. Thanks to Dan/holl01 for helping with how to drive these turbobricks .

This race just clicked for me in the end, you can tell because I came 3rd in Div 1 .

Yeah, the competition wasn't really a competition this week. Only three raced ahead, and the rest didn't even update splits.

RedWolfRacer seems to be forgetful about submitting lately...

Hey where am I in the submissions?

There seemed to have been an issue when I sent the message to Flat-out the first time and it resent, appearing in my sent items box twice. I deleted one copy, and didn't send it again as I thought he'd be pretty annoyed at getting the same message 3 times! I'm guessing although it appears to have sent, he didn't get it. Does this mean I wasted all that time wringing the neck of that '71 Cuda for nothing?

I had a 1'37.090 lap, which is worth a Div. 2 silver. 👍 And in probably the only submission that wasn't a Charger or Corvette.

Replay is attached, whether it's allowed to stand or not, it's clean! 👍

And I did use the Charger too, it was just faster for me than the Vette.

Actually, my time was still worth a Div 2 gold and 3rd in Div 1 before I chased Dan's ghost .

A new great tip from Holl01 there. My understanding was that getting sideways would slow you down?

Not in the Stingray as far as I know, without drifting I was about .7 slower at the line. The drifting was hard to do for me, not for holl01/Dan though .

Drifting isn't always best though just that week it was really handy .
