Well for my last results post ever I actually did put a few laps in but it turns out I still suck Congratulations to GPKart, AngelCreator and NightmareHunter for their division wins and to everyone else who squirted this little go-kart around Laguna. I've had a blast being the WRS Admin and I'll definitely still be around racing...you ain't seen the end of the Weary one

Quick guide to replay checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are RSS/RSS or harder and that the power is 258 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle

EDIT 1: Ren-Tec - that kind of dirty that sticks to your Memcard forever. Corrupted data 👎...

Boy, you didn't leave the throttle off for a second there! How did you do that? An absolute must-see. I reckon there'd be still a tenth or so left to pick up, but the technique - it's insane!

Sammy's is a full replay because it wouldn't save her ghost. So on lap three you will see her time.

That's about what I was seeing being my max as well, but there was no way for me to get it together!

i didn't try holding the throttle on for the whole lap, but it worked for you real good 👍

I knew that'd be one of the quickest ways around the track, I'm suprised more people didn't try it. For a while there I was trying to copy that style of driving for a couple of the turns with my DS2... No luck!

I know the replay's fine, it's just that once it's "burned" on the card, you can't re-load it...

Congrats to Division winners, GPKart, AngelCreator and NightmareHunter, and to everyone who competed in this dinky little car. I thought this was a really nice, fun combo, but it did take quite a bit of time to tune the car and experiment with different settings (well, it is GT Mode I suppose).

I was pretty happy with my time apart from the second sector, 1, 3 and 4 were ok; I really wanted to crack 13.5 at the line but it wasn't to be. Like most races exit speed was the crucial factor and that all depended on your lines through the corners, trying to get the damn thing to stick without the speed-sapping mid-corner understeer was the real drama.

I will post my replay in a few hours when I grab it off the machine.
