Congrat to those who managed to get into the 1'19's. It was no easy task. 👍 I hope most enjoyed this week's challenge. Congrats to Holl01, NielsG and DJ Baker for taking the top spots this week. Congrats to the remaining podium places.

Important notice:
To streamline the WRS administration process, all replays for this race must be submitted within 7 days. After 7 days, any racers achieving a Gold time who do not provide a replay will have their lap disqualified.

Quick guide to replay checking:

1. check the race summary, check that the tyres are Sport-Soft and that the power is 241 hp
2. firstly, check the replay from the farthest top view (press R1 twice as soon as the race starts then X if you need to switch to the outside camera)
3. secondly, check the replay from the same view but in reverse (press L1)
4. if you suspect more than two wheels leave the track, freeze the replay ('Select' button) to enter photomode
5. if you suspect contact with a wall, check the data logger for any sudden spike in the cars speed under full throttle

After seeing some of the other splits in Div 2, I was not sure my time would be holding up this week since I had to back out of the throttle after already committing to it on the last turn.

Whether he knew it or not, Holl01 gave a great tip on how to take the last turn. I was trying to go smooth but after he mentioned his huge drift on the last turn of his submitted lap, I adjusted the way I took it accordingly and shaved some time.

Congratulations to Holl01 with an incredible time as well as all the other mutants in Division 1. Anything under 1'20 is pretty insane. How you guys can do it I have no idea. also to JradGT, good job on winning Division 3 and to everybody else who put the time in on this fun but difficult combo here's a big thumbs-up 👍

Good luck to everbody this coming week at Tahihi Maze, god knows I'll need it. Wish me luck on being able to upload my replay tonight as well. Whoopdy-DOOOO!

wow Holl that was some lap, i still think i could have tanken more time off my lap but i was lazy really. Well done to all who got gold on this one 👍 and it was great fun. Here is my replay for ya!

Checked Mr P's/ Ron and he is clean too although it was very close just after T2 but two wheels were just touching the curb. Nice lap Ron 👍

tho i voted 'hated' for i think my first time, i still congrat all winners - no in fact all that managed to perform a reasonable lap unlike me ...
how come this car is so insane to drive? i've never driven one as crazy as the elise. would it be the same IRL? i hope not
anyway, NOT on to 96 thanks to the dirt(y) lot that do fancy off-tar driving in gt4 unlike me and - i believe - many others.

I just knew silver would be 1'20.750, missed it by .071 this week, last week I missed it by .104. Ouch. The WRS is really hurting my performance at work on Tuesdays, I can't seem to go to bed before 3AM because I am compelled to try and shave off a few tenths.

Turn 1 was just killing me. After hitting it over and over (and over and over and over and over) I was mantaining 110mph or so about 50% of the time. Never saw under a 23.5 T1, couldn't combine the 23.5's I did see with a complete lap.

Drifting helped my time in turn 2 before the tunnel and big time in the following downhill double right-that was full out sideways. Anywhere else I was just scrubbing off more speed than I wanted to get a favorable exit.

This week I'm going to WRS University-gonna sit down and watch the replays of the fast laps from the last couple weeks, I need some help on my technique!

Don't sweat it, I'd be lucky to end up .2 behind Lotus most of the time . Your lap looked good to me, keep at it.
