GT5 available at GameStop this Thursday!! (they mean GTPSP...)

Anyone pre-ordered GT PSP from GameStop? I received a funny phone call from them today.

I pre-ordered mine last week, and today they called me with a pre-recorded message saying "Hi, this is Ashley from GameStop. Gran! Turismo! 5! (she really said it in this very exciting way) will be available this Thursday...blah blah blah"

Of course I know she meant GT PSP, since I know that GT5 won't come until next year and I didn't pre-order GT5 with them, but it's still very funny to hear that form them. Well...

I got a text saying:

GameStop:Your Gran Turismo order avail Thu AM. Bring game trades to reduce price. Store phone is [removed]. To end txt msgs reply STOP

I was tempted to reply and ask what "avail" "Thu" and "txt msgs" are, because they are not in the English language. I decided to be nice.

Now, what games to trade in? I have been looking to get rid of Resistance and Super Smash Bros. Brawl for a while now. Maybe a few others.

I just got the same exact call, and put my reply in the GT PSP thread.

I just got a call from Gamestop, and apparently Gran Turismo 5 (not PSP) is coming out tomorrow - and here we've been thinking Kazunori said March, when he actually said Mar...October 1st.

I received the text notification as well. I wish they were doing a midnight release at my local Gamestop, but I guess I can wait an additional 10 hours.
