Gran Turismo 5 Signature Edition Prize Competition - Specific Rules

PART A: ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
1.This Competition is open to first purchasers of the Gran Turismo 5 Signature Edition who are residents of Australia, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, the Republic of Ireland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) who fulfil the entry criteria described below, except employees of the Promoter, Daimler AG with a registered office at Mercedesstrasse 137, 70327, Stuttgart, Germany (Daimler) and the Daimler group of companies (including Mercedes AMG GmbH), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Competition who shall not be entitled to enter.
To eligible to enter this Competition, entrants must comply with Rule 1 above and:
1.1.be 18 or over at the opening date;
1.2.hold a valid passport and be capable of obtaining a travel visa to the location of the Mercedes-Benz driving event at the time of the event;
1.3.have a PlayStation®Network account (a "PSN Account") registered in the same country as the entrants country of permanent residency (the country must be listed in Rule 1 above);
1.4.hold a fully unrestricted (not provisional) valid driving licence issued by the relevant national driving licensing authority (for example the DVL A in the UK), with the appropriate category of vehicle (car) clearly indicated;
1.5.have not been convicted of any criminal offences;
1.6.be in good general health (the Promoter and/or Daimler reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who they reasonably consider has a physical or mental condition which would make them unsuitable to participate in any part of the Mercedes-Benz driving event).
2.To be able to enter the Competition, entrants will need: (i) a PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system (a PS3), (ii) the Gran Turismo® 5 Signature Edition (the Signature Edition), (iii) a PSN Account and (iv) a broadband internet connection. Creating a PSN account is free of charge but users are responsible for any internet access fees.
3.The opening date for receipt of entries is 09:00 GMT on Monday 20 December 2010 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on Thursday 20 January 2011 (the Entry Period).
4.Having purchased the Signature Edition, entrants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
Step 1: Redeem the PSN Voucher Code
Using their PS3, entrants must sign-in to their PSN Account, go to PlayStation®Store and redeem the competition PSN voucher code found in the leather wallet of the Signature Edition. Prior to redeeming their voucher code, entrants should ensure that their PSN account details are up to date and correct. If an entrants country of residence has changed since they created their PSN account, entrants must update their address information on their PSN account prior to registration on the Website, or alternatively create a new PSN account using the correct country of residence
Step 2: Register on GT.com
Entrants must go to the website http://eu.gran-turismo.com/ (the Website), accept the Terms and Conditions, sign-in to their PSN Account and submit various personal details. Entrants must ensure that the details they provide on the Website match the details of their PSN Account. Any disparity in the information provided could result in the entrants disqualification from the Competition. Personal details collected on the Website will only be used to administer the Competition.
Step 3: The Signature Edition Challenge
Entrants must boot up their copy of Gran Turismo 5 (the Game) on their PS3, sign-in to their PSN Account and play the Signature Edition Challenge which will be accessible from the Special Events section. Entrants must ensure that they have downloaded all game updates that have been made available as of the opening date.
5.By entering the Competition each entrant warrants that he/she fulfils the above entry requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants at any time during the Competition or prior to awarding or delivering the Prize (e.g. by requesting copies of entrants passports, driving licences, proof of residence and by requesting competitors to undergo a medical examination if required). Failure to comply with any verification procedures operated by the Promoter will result in disqualification from the Competition and/or withdrawal of the Prize. In the event of any dispute concerning the eligibility of any entrant to participate in the Competition, the Promoters decision shall be final. In any event, the jurisdiction clause (see Rule 17 of Part D GENERAL below) shall apply to any disputes arising from said decision.
PART B: THE COMPETITION
The Signature Edition Challenge
1.The Signature Edition Challenge comprises 5 races in B-spec mode with 5 laps in each race. Entrants are required to use their avatar(s) to complete all the races in the quickest possible time. Entrants may repeat the races as many times as they wish during the Entry Period in order to improve their times. Entrants can improve their performance by levelling up their avatars. Six per Region (as defined below) leader-boards will be made available in-game. Five leader-boards will show the top 50 times achieved per race and one leader-board will show the top 250 total times achieved across the 5 races.
2.Entrants must act within the spirit of the Game and must comply with any instructions provided within the Game when participating in the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants for unsportsmanlike conduct.
3.Most participating countries will be joined together to form regions. The regions shall be as follows:
1.UK & Ireland top 2 entrants
2.Germany & Austria top 2 entrants
3.France & Switzerland top 3 entrants
4.Portugal & Spain top 2 entrants
5.Italy top entrant
6.Finland, Sweden, Denmark & Norway top entrant
7.Greece, Czech Republic, Russia & Poland top entrant
8.Australia & New Zealand top 2 entrants
9.South Africa, UAE & Saudi Arabia top entrant
(each a Region).
One or more entrants from each Region (as indicated above) who have achieved the quickest total times across the 5 races by the closing date of the Competition (i.e. by the end of the Entry Period) (Regional Winners) will qualify to the final stage of the Competition, the Mercedes-Benz driving event, described below.
4.In the event that more than the allocated number of entrants in a Region achieves the quickest total time, those entrants will be required to answer a tie-breaker question in order to determine the winner.
Mercedes-Benz driving event
5.All Regional Winners will be contacted by the Promoter via e-mail as soon as practicable after the closing date of the Competition (it is intended that this will be within 7 days of the closing date) and invited to take part in a driving challenge event at a location in Europe on a date in 2011 to be advised (the Mercedes-Benz driving event). Regional Winners must claim their place at the event within 7 days of the notification.
6.In the event that a Regional Winner does not wish to continue participating in the Competition, or fails to claim their place at the Mercedes-Benz driving event within the above deadline, or is disqualified from the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select a substitute entrant to become a Regional Winner. Such substitute entrant shall be the entrant from the same Region as the original Regional Winner, who registered the next quickest combined time at the Signature Edition Challenge and who otherwise satisfies the eligibility requirements for Regional Winners. In the event of a draw, the mechanism outlined in Rule 4 of Part B THE COMPETITION above will be applied.
7.All Regional Winners must sign participation agreements (and return such documentation as directed) prior to participating in the Mercedes-Benz driving event. They may also be required to complete a medical questionnaire The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with this requirement.
8.The content of the participation agreements will include a requirement for Regional Winners to:
8.1commit to attending the Mercedes-Benz driving event; and
8.2consent to being interviewed, photographed and filmed during all stages of the Competition (including at the Mercedes-Benz driving event and in connection with the Prize) and for any resultant footage, stills and audio to be used by the Promoter and the Sony group of companies, and Daimler, for their own promotional purposes in connection with the Competition, the Prize and/or the Gran Turismo franchise, in perpetuity, in all media, subject to the terms of Rule 15 under Part D GENERAL below
9.The following shall be arranged for each Regional Winner:
9.1Economy class return flights from the Regional Winners country of residence to the country where the Mercedes-Benz driving event is taking place (if those countries are the same then alternative transport may be arranged);
9.2Transfers to and from the Mercedes-Benz driving event, the hotel and the relevant airport or train station;
9.3At least 1 nights accommodation in a 3* hotel or above;
9.4Travel insurance; and
9.5Meals and refreshments during the Mercedes-Benz driving event.
Regional Winners are responsible for their transport to and from their home and their nearest international airport or train station. Regional Winners are also responsible for arranging any visa necessary for entry into the country where the Mercedes-Benz driving event is taking place.
10.During the Mercedes-Benz driving event, Regional Winners will compete in a series of real driving challenges and other activities against other Regional Winners.
11.Entrants must act within the spirit of the Mercedes-Benz driving event and must comply with any instructions provided when participating in the Mercedes-Benz driving event. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants for unsportsmanlike conduct.
12.A judging panel comprised of at least one independent adjudicator will be present during the Mercedes-Benz driving event and will evaluate each Regional Winner based on their performance during each driving event or other activity and award them points. The objective judging criteria to be implemented in this part of the Mercedes-Benz driving event will be explained in more detail to Regional Winners at the event. The judges names shall be available on request to the Promoter.
13.The Regional Winner with the highest points total at the end of the Mercedes-Benz driving event will win the Prize (the Prize Winner).
14.The name of the Prize Winner will be announced at the close of the Mercedes-Benz driving event.
15.In the event that the Prize Winner declines or otherwise fails to accept the Prize, or is disqualified from the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select a substitute Regional Winner to become the Prize Winner. Such substitute shall be the Regional Winner who achieved the next highest number of points.
PART C: THE PRIZE
1.The Prize will be made available for collection by the Prize Winner at a Mercedes-Benz/AMG dealership in close proximity to the home of the Prize Winner at the earliest possible time following the Mercedes-Benz driving event (which may be more than 30 days later due to the limited availability of the Prize). The collection date will be notified to the Prize Winner as soon as it is known by the responsible Mercedes-Benz sales organisation.
2.The Prize excludes road tax, insurance, servicing, registration fees and all other associated costs, which shall be the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
PART D: GENERAL
1.All entrants must adhere to the PlayStation®Network Terms and Conditions available at www. eu.playstation.com/legal.
2.No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. No entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any entry instructions will be accepted.
3.The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside the Promoters reasonable control.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:
has not fulfilled all the relevant entry criteria;
has supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information;
has failed to abide by the PSN Terms and Conditions;
is in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
has failed to abide by any reasonable instructions given by the Promoter, Daimler or the staff at the Mercedes-Benz driving event, or their representatives during the Competition (including without limitation any safety instructions such as wearing safety equipment).
has failed to compete in the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship.
5.The decision of the judges is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or in its absolute discretion if it so wishes to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for an alternative of equal or greater value or to amend, alter or cancel the Competition. No cash alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation/amendment of the Competition or substitution of the Prize, the parties expressly agree that, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, no entrant will be entitled to any compensation. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.In the event that an entrant or winner is disqualified or is unable to attend any part of the Competition or the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to appoint a substitute entrant selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) an entrant can withdraw from participating in the Competition and/or the Prize at any stage; (ii) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant at any stage in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) any entrant who withdraws or is disqualified shall not be entitled to any compensation in relation to such withdrawal or disqualification.
7.No expenses will be covered other than those expressly stated to be covered in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall only be responsible for making any relevant travel or accommodation arrangements that are expressly referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
8.Regional Winners must ensure that they are available to attend all aspects of the Competition and, where relevant, to receive the Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability to an entrant who is unable to attend or take part in the Mercedes-Benz driving event (or any part of it) for whatever reason.
9.Motor racing and the driving of motor vehicles is dangerous and can involve injury or death. By attending the Mercedes-Benz driving event and, where relevant, accepting the Prize, entrants acknowledge this and confirm that they are aware of the nature of the activity and agree to attend the Mercedes-Benz driving event and to make use of the Prize at their own risk. Neither the Promoter, Daimler or their respective directors, employees, affiliates, agents and/or representatives shall be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused or sustained by any as result of attendance at the Mercedes-Benz driving event or the use of the Prize, save for liability for death or personal injury arising from any such partys negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (and in respect of entrants resident in Germany, save for liability for death or personal injury caused by a deliberate, negligent or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Promoter or Daimler, its statutory agent or employee, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation).
10.Any entrant participating in the Mercedes-Benz driving event or using the Prize must sign an agreement to waive the liability of the Promoter and Daimler (in so far as possible by law).
11.Entrants must take note of and comply with all reasonable security and health and safety regulations in place at the Mercedes-Benz driving event. Each entrant promises that, if attending the Mercedes-Benz driving event, he/she will be responsible at all times and shall behave both in relation to his/her own safety and those of others with all reasonable due care and attention. A participant may be disqualified from the Mercedes-Benz driving event or from receiving the Prize, or barred from participating in any part of the Mercedes-Benz driving event, and/or refused access to, and ejected from, the Mercedes-Benz driving event (at the Promoters or Daimlers discretion) if that person:
11.1behaves disruptively or in any way that creates, or is likely to create, a dangerous situation that is otherwise avoidable;
11.2acts against the interests of safety;
11.3behaves in a way that is likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury;
11.4fails to abide by the Promoter, Daimler and/or their agents reasonable instructions; or
11.5is suspected to be under the influence of any substance that impairs his/her driving ability.
12.All entrants agree to comply with the terms and conditions of all third party suppliers engaged by the Promoter or Daimler in providing any aspect of the Mercedes-Benz driving event and the Prize (Third Party Suppliers). Entrants may be required to sign such terms and conditions of Third Party Suppliers. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and/or disqualify a participant from the Competition at any time during the Competition and to prohibit a participant from taking part in any further motor racing activity if he/she does not agree to sign such Third Party Suppliers terms and conditions or fails to abide by such terms and conditions.
13.The Prize Winners details (name and country) will be made available on the Promoters website(s) within ten weeks of the Mercedes-Benz driving event. Entrants/participants hereby consent to the disclosure of this personal data on these website(s).
14.Entrants, Regional Winners and the Prize Winner shall co-operate with any reasonable publicity arising from this Competition and/or the Mercedes-Benz driving event and the Prize.
15.The Promoter and Daimler (or any third party nominated by the Promoter or Daimler) may exercise its sole discretion to use Regional Winners and the Prize Winners names, images, footage and their comments relating to the Mercedes-Benz driving event, the Prize, the Game, the Signature Edition and the Competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition, the Prize and/or the Gran Turismo franchise in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
16.The Prize Winner may be required to pay tax on the Prize in accordance with their jurisdictions tax legislation.
17.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from running the Competition or the Prize.

PART E: DATA PROTECTION
1.Any Information (including data and images) related to an entrant ("Personal Data"), that is collected or processed by the Promoter at the beginning of the Competition will be held and used by SCEE, the Sony Computer Entertainment group of companies and their suppliers and contractors (e.g. travel agencies etc.) to administer the Competition, in accordance with the Promoters PSN Privacy Policy. Entrants' Personal Data shall also be passed to Daimler and their suppliers and contractors (e.g. travel agencies, transport and accommodation companies, etc.) to administer the Mercedes-Benz driving event and the Prize. Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used by the Promoter for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.
2.By entering the Competition, all entrants will have consented to the transfer of their Personal Data to SCEE and to Daimler and their agents for the purposes of the administration of this Competition and the Prize. SCEE shall be the data controller of all Personal Data collected by SCEE during the Competition, for the purposes of data protection regulations.
3.The Promoter confirms that all Personal Data requested from an entrant is necessary for the purposes of that entrant participating in the Competition and/or obtaining the Prize. Entrants shall be entitled to access, rectify, complete, update, block or delete their Personal Data or to object to its processing by written communication to the Promoter. Personal Data on entrants health will only be processed by the Promoter or Daimler and/or those designated medical services providers exclusively for assessing the entrants suitability for participating in the relevant stages of the Competition.

In the event of a draw, the mechanism outlined in Rule 4 of Part B THE COMPETITION above will be applied.
7.All Regional Winners must sign participation agreements (and return such documentation as directed) prior to participating in the Mercedes-Benz driving event. They may also be required to complete a medical questionnaire The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with this requirement.
8.The content of the participation agreements will include a requirement for Regional Winners to:
8.1commit to attending the Mercedes-Benz driving event; and
8.2consent to being interviewed, photographed and filmed during all stages of the Competition (including at the Mercedes-Benz driving event and in connection with the Prize) and for any resultant footage, stills and audio to be used by the Promoter and the Sony group of companies, and Daimler, for their own promotional purposes in connection with the Competition, the Prize and/or the Gran Turismo franchise, in perpetuity, in all media, subject to the terms of Rule 15 under Part D GENERAL below
9.The following shall be arranged for each Regional Winner:
9.1Economy class return flights from the Regional Winners country of residence to the country where the Mercedes-Benz driving event is taking place (if those countries are the same then alternative transport may be arranged);
9.2Transfers to and from the Mercedes-Benz driving event, the hotel and the relevant airport or train station;
9.3At least 1 nights accommodation in a 3* hotel or above;
9.4Travel insurance; and
9.5Meals and refreshments during the Mercedes-Benz driving event.
Regional Winners are responsible for their transport to and from their home and their nearest international airport or train station. Regional Winners are also responsible for arranging any visa necessary for entry into the country where the Mercedes-Benz driving event is taking place.
10.During the Mercedes-Benz driving event, Regional Winners will compete in a series of real driving challenges and other activities against other Regional Winners.
11.Entrants must act within the spirit of the Mercedes-Benz driving event and must comply with any instructions provided when participating in the Mercedes-Benz driving event. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants for unsportsmanlike conduct.
12.A judging panel comprised of at least one independent adjudicator will be present during the Mercedes-Benz driving event and will evaluate each Regional Winner based on their performance during each driving event or other activity and award them points. The objective judging criteria to be implemented in this part of the Mercedes-Benz driving event will be explained in more detail to Regional Winners at the event. The judges names shall be available on request to the Promoter.
13.The Regional Winner with the highest points total at the end of the Mercedes-Benz driving event will win the Prize (the Prize Winner).
14.The name of the Prize Winner will be announced at the close of the Mercedes-Benz driving event.
15.In the event that the Prize Winner declines or otherwise fails to accept the Prize, or is disqualified from the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its discretion, select a substitute Regional Winner to become the Prize Winner. Such substitute shall be the Regional Winner who achieved the next highest number of points.
PART C: THE PRIZE
1.The Prize will be made available for collection by the Prize Winner at a Mercedes-Benz/AMG dealership in close proximity to the home of the Prize Winner at the earliest possible time following the Mercedes-Benz driving event (which may be more than 30 days later due to the limited availability of the Prize). The collection date will be notified to the Prize Winner as soon as it is known by the responsible Mercedes-Benz sales organisation.
2.The Prize excludes road tax, insurance, servicing, registration fees and all other associated costs, which shall be the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
PART D: GENERAL
1.All entrants must adhere to the PlayStation®Network Terms and Conditions available at www. eu.playstation.com/legal.
2.No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. No entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any entry instructions will be accepted.
3.The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside the Promoters reasonable control.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant:
has not fulfilled all the relevant entry criteria;
has supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information;
has failed to abide by the PSN Terms and Conditions;
is in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
has failed to abide by any reasonable instructions given by the Promoter, Daimler or the staff at the Mercedes-Benz driving event, or their representatives during the Competition (including without limitation any safety instructions such as wearing safety equipment).
has failed to compete in the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship.
5.The decision of the judges is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or in its absolute discretion if it so wishes to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for an alternative of equal or greater value or to amend, alter or cancel the Competition. No cash alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation/amendment of the Competition or substitution of the Prize, the parties expressly agree that, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, no entrant will be entitled to any compensation. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.In the event that an entrant or winner is disqualified or is unable to attend any part of the Competition or the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to appoint a substitute entrant selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) an entrant can withdraw from participating in the Competition and/or the Prize at any stage; (ii) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant at any stage in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) any entrant who withdraws or is disqualified shall not be entitled to any compensation in relation to such withdrawal or disqualification.
7.No expenses will be covered other than those expressly stated to be covered in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter shall only be responsible for making any relevant travel or accommodation arrangements that are expressly referred to in these Terms and Conditions.
8.Regional Winners must ensure that they are available to attend all aspects of the Competition and, where relevant, to receive the Prize. The Promoter shall have no liability to an entrant who is unable to attend or take part in the Mercedes-Benz driving event (or any part of it) for whatever reason.
9.Motor racing and the driving of motor vehicles is dangerous and can involve injury or death. By attending the Mercedes-Benz driving event and, where relevant, accepting the Prize, entrants acknowledge this and confirm that they are aware of the nature of the activity and agree to attend the Mercedes-Benz driving event and to make use of the Prize at their own risk. Neither the Promoter, Daimler or their respective directors, employees, affiliates, agents and/or representatives shall be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused or sustained by any as result of attendance at the Mercedes-Benz driving event or the use of the Prize, save for liability for death or personal injury arising from any such partys negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (and in respect of entrants resident in Germany, save for liability for death or personal injury caused by a deliberate, negligent or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Promoter or Daimler, its statutory agent or employee, or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation).
10.Any entrant participating in the Mercedes-Benz driving event or using the Prize must sign an agreement to waive the liability of the Promoter and Daimler (in so far as possible by law).
11.Entrants must take note of and comply with all reasonable security and health and safety regulations in place at the Mercedes-Benz driving event. Each entrant promises that, if attending the Mercedes-Benz driving event, he/she will be responsible at all times and shall behave both in relation to his/her own safety and those of others with all reasonable due care and attention. A participant may be disqualified from the Mercedes-Benz driving event or from receiving the Prize, or barred from participating in any part of the Mercedes-Benz driving event, and/or refused access to, and ejected from, the Mercedes-Benz driving event (at the Promoters or Daimlers discretion) if that person:
11.1behaves disruptively or in any way that creates, or is likely to create, a dangerous situation that is otherwise avoidable;
11.2acts against the interests of safety;
11.3behaves in a way that is likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury;
11.4fails to abide by the Promoter, Daimler and/or their agents reasonable instructions; or
11.5is suspected to be under the influence of any substance that impairs his/her driving ability.
12.All entrants agree to comply with the terms and conditions of all third party suppliers engaged by the Promoter or Daimler in providing any aspect of the Mercedes-Benz driving event and the Prize (Third Party Suppliers). Entrants may be required to sign such terms and conditions of Third Party Suppliers. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and/or disqualify a participant from the Competition at any time during the Competition and to prohibit a participant from taking part in any further motor racing activity if he/she does not agree to sign such Third Party Suppliers terms and conditions or fails to abide by such terms and conditions.
13.The Prize Winners details (name and country) will be made available on the Promoters website(s) within ten weeks of the Mercedes-Benz driving event. Entrants/participants hereby consent to the disclosure of this personal data on these website(s).
14.Entrants, Regional Winners and the Prize Winner shall co-operate with any reasonable publicity arising from this Competition and/or the Mercedes-Benz driving event and the Prize.
15.The Promoter and Daimler (or any third party nominated by the Promoter or Daimler) may exercise its sole discretion to use Regional Winners and the Prize Winners names, images, footage and their comments relating to the Mercedes-Benz driving event, the Prize, the Game, the Signature Edition and the Competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in connection with the Competition, the Prize and/or the Gran Turismo franchise in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
16.The Prize Winner may be required to pay tax on the Prize in accordance with their jurisdictions tax legislation.
17.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from running the Competition or the Prize.

PART E: DATA PROTECTION
1.Any Information (including data and images) related to an entrant ("Personal Data"), that is collected or processed by the Promoter at the beginning of the Competition will be held and used by SCEE, the Sony Computer Entertainment group of companies and their suppliers and contractors (e.g. travel agencies etc.) to administer the Competition, in accordance with the Promoters PSN Privacy Policy. Entrants' Personal Data shall also be passed to Daimler and their suppliers and contractors (e.g. travel agencies, transport and accommodation companies, etc.) to administer the Mercedes-Benz driving event and the Prize. Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used by the Promoter for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.
2.By entering the Competition, all entrants will have consented to the transfer of their Personal Data to SCEE and to Daimler and their agents for the purposes of the administration of this Competition and the Prize. SCEE shall be the data controller of all Personal Data collected by SCEE during the Competition, for the purposes of data protection regulations.
3.The Promoter confirms that all Personal Data requested from an entrant is necessary for the purposes of that entrant participating in the Competition and/or obtaining the Prize. Entrants shall be entitled to access, rectify, complete, update, block or delete their Personal Data or to object to its processing by written communication to the Promoter. Personal Data on entrants health will only be processed by the Promoter or Daimler and/or those designated medical services providers exclusively for assessing the entrants suitability for participating in the relevant stages of the Competition.
