Alright so I have no idea if I'm the first one to have discovered this but I believe to have found a way to launch control. For those of you who have no idea what LC is, it's a method to be faster when accelerating from 0 to ...mph. To reproduce this technique I recommend going on any practice track. Have the car at a dead stop. I have only tried this on the 458 Italia and the Shelby Cobra but this shouldn't be an issue. Engage the e-brake (for those using a controller, it's the circle), with the help of the right analog stick get the revs up to around 4000 to 6000 rpms (depending on the car your driving). Remember to keep holding the e-brake. The sweet spot should be at the halfway mark of the rev gage. Now the trick is to keep the the revs at a constant value, i.e. 5000rpm. Once this is done you can release the e-brake while keeping the same constant value on the revs. The car should not move. After that, all you need to do is to mash the accelerator down and you'll see the difference between other types of hard acceleration. Try it out and see if you can reproduce. :P

Found this in a thread called "GT5 Launch Control" not sure if it's what your referring to but it's all I could find. If this is it, I'm afraid it may be no good for you and your FF's as the handbrake will probably allow the front wheels to spin... Good luck mate 👍

the launch trick exist....people do it all the time when i drag and they always try to explain it to me..im just trying to get some answers that are more understandable on here

you have to hold ebreak standart button O after some time you dont need to hold the O, and the ebreak is still active.

this?

yea just hold the ebrake, rev the motor, let out ebrake and go. Been using this for a long time on the false start races to get a good jump on people who don't rev at all.

Alot of people ghost launch too, i don't think it works personally but i'v seen alot of people doing it.

Hold down brake
Hold down accelerate
Press start
Let go of brake, but not accelerate
Press start again to launch

Works the best out of any method as most peoples reaction times find it easier to press a button than to release a button which is already pressed.

Also stops the immature idiots ramming you... I tuning cars for fast acceleration and maximum speed so drag servers can be pretty fun to see how your machine stacks up against other cars.

you can rev most cars to around 3000 rpm before the clutch engages without the brakes or e-brake on, (just be gentle with the throttle) is this what you were asking about ?
It works (launch wise) for some cars but others it is a much slower launch.
