Every time I press X to choose my premium 89 Eunos NA in the garage menu, GT5 freezes. Have to press the PS button on DS3 to end game. Ok, so sell it and buy a new one right? Well, I sold it a week or so ago by choosing the menu option to sell without actually choosing the car by opening it then selling (triangle or shoulder button I think.) Decided to buy a new one today and the bloody game freezes again on me. It lets me paint it and mod it right after I buy it, but when I get to the garage to view it nothing shows up. Go back to menu, press X to choose it and the cursor just sits on the car spinning.

If I wasn't so impartial about the car I'd be more upset. This happen to anyone else? It has always done this since the first time I bought my first premium 89 Eunos.

It actually just happened with my premium TC and 91 MX5s. Staying away from those. Didn't really want to drive them anyway.

Nope. Not at all. I don't even play online ever if that's worth anything. Maybe 3 times in 3 years. Weird that it's just my Miatas. I can click on the first Miata I try to view but it never shows up. Just an empty screen with the info about the car all around it. If I leave and try to click on it or another premium Miata the game freezes. Doesn't freeze when I try any other car.

Turns out..it's the disc. Happen to me that I had to get myself a brand new copy of GT5 (got XL). One little scratch causes a major problem in game. I wasn't even able to drive the Spoon Cars, Shelby cars, etc.

I'll just avoid those cars. My standard Miatas are fine.

I'll check the disk too. My sons (7 and 5) aren't exactly gentle sometimes.

I have a case of the game not loading a race after selecting anything related to DLC cars (Tracks are fine) or even certain machines on Arcade mode. As well as not loading the race after every 2 or three races in Arcade.

My brother also had this problem when he had borrowed a copy of GT5.
