GT5 -> GT6 conversion

Anyone know of a way to convert some of the tuning settings from GT5 numbers to GT6 numbers? I have a few cars that i had exactly the way I want in GT5 and I want to set them up the same way in GT6. Problem is, the suspension settings for each game don't match each other. Anyone found a way around this? (Other than just going through the whole tuning process again)

removing camber (not working currently) is a good place to start but apart from that its a little difficult, weight change has a much bigger effect now and the suspension dynamics are remodelled meaning some tunes just won't work any more. Starting again is pretty much the only option

As above, better to start again as there are quite a few changes to the way some settings work.

Ride height, springs and camber are very different and there are subtle differences in the effect of dampers and LSD.

toe is working fine as far as I can tell, I've been using it a fair bit on drift cars to counter the snap oversteer

Thank you for this post. I am a gt5 player and tuner. I just bought gt6 and have been looking over the forums to if the tuning was the same and if i could carry over gt5 tunes. This is the first post that has a definitive answer thank you guys! 👍
