I would pretty much bet my house on that.

...I don't own a house.

Quite why the feature missed GT5P is beyond me, but it would be such a huge mistake not to include it in GT5, PD simply wouldn't miss it.
I remember seeing a GT5 checklist. Online lobbies were planned, as well as livery editor, club builder, and a race track editor.

Where did you get that information?? :boggled:

I love bringing this picture up

Online garage!

B-Spec racing!

Spectator mode!

Team builder!

Club Builder!

Color/Livery editor!

Race editor!

That was a "we want to add these things" list. If Kaz is saying that the game is pretty much finished, than I would think that most of those items on that list will make it into the game. :)

Edit: and I would like to point out that "Race Builder" does not exactly mean "Track editor".

I love how most of those things are offline modes.

I'm not sure how you can say with any assurance that most of those entries are offline only.

Ok so now we have NASCAR and the WRC to include to the production cars, LMS, JCGT kind of,etc...etc. Wonder what the chances of Aussie V8s being the next series to be added, say along with Bathurst and Adelaide then using a mix of the classic GT tracks and some other world tracks thrown in for good measure?

Edit: okay, I read down a little bit. It still shows Turn 10 as a developer desperate to look a pixel better than the competition they're "taking notes from" to create their game. "Definitive" racer with the most cars and best graphics in racing games... whatever.

Who seriously believes that Turn 10 did'nt take notes of GT3 when they made their first Forza game?
Thing is I'm not sure what they're trying to prove. There's hardly anything known about GT5. They are being presumptuous and lacking in grace. Forza 3 will be, as long as it corrects Forza 2's faults, a very good game. But GT5 has still to show its metal.

It's funny how much Turn 10 wants to diss Polyphony Digital and Gran Turismo, considering they basically ripped off everything they could to create their own "Gran Forismo." That's grattitude for ya...

Anyway, this is why I posted. You might want to check this out, discovered by nskinnear at the Playstation Universe forums:

Title: Gran Turismo 5 to Be Previewed in OPM UK Next Month

Thought you guys might like to know. zomg zomg zomg....

Is the preview going to be a paragraph with info about the E3 trailer and some rumors or will it be a 6 - 8 page preview with new information and pictures like Famitsu?

About turn 10 and Forza, all their big talk has done exactly what they wanted it to do, keep us talking about Forza 3. If they never started a trash talk war their game would have been long forgotten after the GT5 trailer but we're still talking about it because of their remarks. Slimy marketing

ok, so what if Dan is saying that they created best console racing game, he is true, but only untill GT5 is released, so yes he is entitled to say that he's game is best, and he is also trying to sell he's game, so to me this is normal.

each company has it's own marketing strategy, so don't get caught up in this.
I respect both Forza3 and gt5, and will play both games. The better the Forza gets, the better will GT5 be, and us customers will be winners.

Eh, when Turn 10 is copying you, I'm not sure Forza has anything to do with how good Gran Turismo is. But we'll see.
