It pretty much confirms it. There'd be no other reason to mention black frame interiors. I'm really dissapointed. The only reason I'm not constantly playing GT4 is because I've been spoiled with interior views. bonnet cams just make me feel very detached.

Still a day 1 purchase, obviously.
 
Yeah this has to lay the issue to rest. While I understand everyone's optimism that this cannot be the case, that's the man himself talking about black plain view interiors like GT PSP.
 
The interview is very nearly over, and after all the E3 2010 excitement I am left devastated. How will I drive the ''Standard'' Honda's and the Ford's and Mazda's. I just hope that there is more to come in TGS.

I'm sure a lot of cars will be added to the premium interior list after some time of DLC, and GT6 will feature all cars with interiors, but c'mon guys, it's not really that bad

Granted I don't use the view LOL
 
If the Standard models really only have interiors like those in GT PSP...

It's already been explained, guys. Premium models will simply have MORE DETAIL than Standard models. All cars will have interiors, but the Premium cars will just look better and you'll be able to damage them.

I had more faith in PD than that.

Does this mean that all 800 of the standard cars will have blacked out windows on-track (i.e. interiors not visible from the outside)? because that is what they are telling us, basically.

I would prefer it if they made a generic in-car view, to the blacked out view.

Well he then led on to say that he was talking about the same black wireframe in GTPSP, which quite frankly is a FAIL.

Why would you put your game at risk like that?

If this hasn't been ''Officially'' covered, then I guess we will see what is what in TGS.

I hope we will just see a simple interior like you get in Forza from the replay camera, blacked out windows would just look too odd!

Still some optimism though here, this place is crazy sometimes!

Did you see Kaz's comment? He actually asks if would like to see 'black frame interiors' like in the PSP. There really is only one meaning to take from that.

And Really? he asked that question and you think the only reason why is because that's what's in the game? You don't think he could be messing with you? or being sarcastic? Or someone asked "Will the interiors be like GTSPSP? and he just went, "Would you LIKE to see the crappy GTPSP interiors? 'cause we can do that, if you REALLY want it."

Why would he compare a GT PSP interior to that of a motorcycle, when they have no relation whatsoever?

That makes no sense. Read the Twitter interview.
 
I'm convinced, no cockpit view for standard models. And I'm ok with it. They'll still be great fun to drive with new physics and upgraded exteriors.

The reason somebody asked the question is because there's been no clear ct confirmation either way, despite your insistance. No need to call people retards.

Maybe that's why it took them 5 years to make 200 interiors. Because they are perfectionists.

Cardboard cutout painted black and stuck on my tv.

Ha ha PD you won't take the cockpit from me...........
