GT5 .mpo 3D photos on the Nintendo 3DS

I was wondering if anyone did test this out if it's working. I have a Nintendo 3DS, took some GT5 Photo pictures and saved them as .mpo files, then I named them using 3 letters_3 numbers, placed them on my SD card. Still it's not possible, they don't display on my 3DS. Does this have anything to do with the size of 2 MB ? Cause other .mpo files are around 100 Kb.
 
Sorry to bump this thread, but i didnt want to open a new one.
Anyone knows how this is possible ? i read that you gotta shrink them to the 3DS screen format but dont know how.
 
You may need photoshop.

It's was all about finding the right software the people who say it's not possible because the 3d pics use a totally different system are wrong. It's the same principle just displayed differently.
