Just clicked on a series, had a look through some of the posts, and then noticed it was all moved to the online racing section. Was that on purpose. Personally, I think it's a good move as the online racing section was redundant and it's more equipped with archives and such, and also, it shows some GT5-forum exclusives that there is life outside those forums. 👍

By the way, should I have put Site News?

Everything is being shifted. But links still work in people's sigs. Like mine. I personally prefer the new structure. Lot more organised already. 👍

Yep. I have just completed "renovating" the "Online Events" section with lots of specific new sub-forums for different types of, er, online events. Now, I'm in the process of moving and re-organizing the threads into their new appropriate places from the existing GT5 Online Racing forum.

Some threads are underneath the WRS,OMRS and Interest checks. I'm thinking wouldn't it be better to put those threads with the Clubs and Leagues(maybe with a prefix to help distinquish the two) and have an Interest checks sub-forum much like the Racing Wheels and Cockpits section in the Console and PC gaming sub-forum.

Just giving some feedback but it may be disagreed with.👍

Not sure if it was a mistake but my team thread in the GT5 Drifting forum wasnt moved to the new sub-forum. If you could move it over that would be awesome! Thanks jordan!

There is a way to do it yourself. Click on Thread tools at the top of your opening post, and it should be over 'Copy Thread' in moderation tools. He may be getting around to it anyways.

I'm wondering on what basis is the time trial subforum be in the online events section. Does that mean that all time trial series would eventually move there?

The "Interest Checks" sub-forum seems to have very little visitors. Any ideas? It's hard to get our races to be known about with such little traffic.

Jordan, its good overall. But I have a question, Can some of the more popular events (like SSCS) be stickied so people can look at it and say "Yes this is popular event"?

Yeah but then don't you get into sticky wars with other's promoting their own series? "I have 3 running at the moment..."

Really better than anything I could come up with. It was much needed and I had a feeling it was coming soon. Great job every body 👍

More sticky'd threads are always good for information type, or collated information type, posts but not for specific series; that's what promoting's for! To keep your series visible.

What's SSCS btw?

SSCS= Saturday Stock Car Series. :D

See that's the problem with it really. No offence to VBR, but the SSCS isn't really popular yet.(Also, it's a club)

I do think that WSGTC, Flying Miata, Toca, GT1/GT2 and maybe a couple of others, are far bigger then the rest, but others maybe arguing that they want a sticky and it will turn some of the threads to flame wars.

I do think that statistics threads should be stickied there though.👍

No, there's no need for any individual event or series to be sticky. Generally, only "reference" threads should be sticky in a forum.

Correct, things such as the OLR Rules & Guidelines are the best candidates for sticky threads.
