:ouch: Wow... the demo is great I love cockpit view and physics are O.K

Any ways just wondering if anyone could answer why the wheel steers only 180 degrees:crazy:. I mean unless these cars had the degrees turned to 180 to tune for Suzuka, I highly doubt it because these are stock... they should be turning at least 720 degrees.:indiff:

Also the wheel lag is disgusting, sometimes the animation of the wheel in cockpit view is a second behind my actual movement of my wheel.(maybe because I'm running 1080i I dont know) :yuck:
I hope PD fixes this...yes I know its just a demo I'm just saying:tup:

Last but not least it doesnt have to do with the wheel but you still cant do donuts...meaning physics arent up to par, I think there needs to be more wheel spin, I mean when you have no AIDS on and your flooring all 300 BHP that you have, your tire should be spinning weather your trying to do a donut or your in a corner.:grumpy:

What tyres are you using? Cause the race tyres should definitely be able to cope with 300 bhp (right?).

Use n2 tyres for more realism in that aspect.

I have tried basically every tire type including N2's and still don't see enough wheel spin in any

It depends, if your in gear and you floor a car it will have a much lesser effect than if your are in neutral, hold the revs at peak power and then release the clutch fast. I can spin my 306's wheels like a bitch from a start, if I want to, I tend not to, but should there ever be a need to (big IF), then it can. But if I'm already in first, and I floor it, the car just accelerates. Now, my 306 is no 300bhp WRX, but that's just an example of the how different the effect can be by knowing the details. I have a V5 Bora that is noticably more powerful than my 306, and the effect likewise is vastly different from releasing the clutch at revs from a stand still, to just flooring it while in gear. I tenr not to floor it under any circumstances, it doesn't take long to break the speed limit in my Bora, very fast but very thirsty.

I'm wondering why this thread wasn't locked. Are users allowed to create threads just to share their individual complaints? There are plenty of other topics to do that

The first post is nothing but complaint after complaint about unfixable issues and there really isn't room made for a decent conversation.

Then whats a foru m for??? Anyways I did ask a question.

Also, regarding doing donuts in a 300bhp car, I'm assuming the car in question is the Evo or the STi, both are 4wd. Complicates things somewhat, try doing them in the IS-F.
