According to this article ( which is a translation of a german article ) : http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=247735

Sony Germany's product manager made the following statement :

We know that the fans are waiting for it and we want to release it too. I think that it's more painful for us than for the fans that we couldn't hold the last date. The next time we announce a release date we'll be one-hundred per cent sure that we can hold it and won't make the mistake we did with the March date. You just have to wait a little longer until we announce a new date, only some days...or weeks.

Sounds like they will announce a release date at E3...

I think Sony are trying to hide some big gt5 explosion of info soon (including release date) however unsuprisingly stuff is starting to leak.

Hopeingly

Was discussed in the GT5 Discussion thread day(s) ago.......means nothing

Edit: Sorry, that sounded harsh. It will mean, whatever(?) GT5's release fate is in Sony/PD hands. The German Mgr repeated what we've all heard at length. It still means.......whatever it means.....:indiff:

Exactly. Check all of the 10,000's of posts in that thread to find your answer, or at least notice this subject has already been discussed many times, in many places.

Ah sorry, i try to keep an eye on that thread but it just goes way to fast :) feel free to lock/delete this one then.

I hate to play the pessimist, but if you recall the posts from the last two years, you'll see that there's nothing new in that article.
