Help, I'm having trouble finding that one image... the one that outlines some of the features that Polyphony wants to implement in GT5.

I looked through the first 5 or so pages in the GT5 forum here and couldn't find it. Does anyone know where it's lurking? :P

You mean like this?

Hmmm. I may be a bit late but when was this presented.

It has been presented twice, this pic was from atleast a year ago (note the GTHD logo) and the second time was 3-6months ago without the GTHD logo. (I forget when exactly)

Yeah it's pretty old. They've also stated that damage and dynamic weather are also on their roadmap (shown in a video interview last year at GDC).

I Dug up some old threads and found this:

Basically the same, but its slightly clearer. :P Also try to check this thread if want to know anything else. :)

Hmmm, Showing a 'roadmap' and actually delivering are two different thing though aren't they.

The development of the online side of GT5p should prove very interesting in the coming months.

I think it's slightly different with the current gen consoles ... their online and storage capabilities mean that the developers can continue to update and add fresh content to their titles. I'm pretty confident that we will eventually see all of the planned features for GT5 - I just don't think they will all necessarily ship on the first batch of discs!

I found this pic in the other thread too ...

Seems there are 3 points earmarked between now and the release of GT5 ... I wonder what they might be? Motorshows? Gameshows? Major Updates?

Yeah probably room for E3, TMS, TGS maybe a Prologue update etc.

Hey it says GT5 release in 2008..... it's 2008 now!...... so where is it? :P

judging by that timeline it'll be right at the very end! :P ... i still feel PD are being fairly optimistic though!

I hope if they leave anything out, it's only damage and weather. I don't think different times of day with different skies would be that hard to do at all, and I'm really pulling for that livery editor and race modification. That's been my wish ever since GT2 was superceeded by GT3.

Your right. But i doubt they will put damage online.

seems their on schedule so far, with the demo and prologue that is. Maybe one or two of those other markers are for the North America and Europe release of Prologue.
