We aleardy had race for Kei cars, turbo cars, N/A cars, pre-1970 racecar, etc in GTmode.

If you can add more races for GTmode in GT6, what would be like? Is it completely new, from previous GT, or from the other games.

Personally a displacement races would be cool. Ex: under 1500cc, over 7000cc. or configuration races like all V8, straight 6, etc races. :)

I'd like some year restrictive races that would let us recreate rivalries of past eras. Have a main theme, like supercars, Japanese, US musclecars etc, but limit the years to say, early 90's, late 80's or something fairly specific. Of course this only works well for years with a fair few cars in those genres, so some it wouldn't work for. But I like the idea of pitting competing cars of a certain era against each other.

Multi-class endurance racing. Done properly... that's asking too much as it is.

FIA GT3 racing with at least 8 different looking cars.

Some actual races...you know, practice, qualify and race (more than 5 laps please) and maybe even string a few together as a series where points roll over race to race. They could make it kind of like real racing ya know 💡

Unfortunatly it's already been said (somewhere) that there won't be any proper multi-class racing. It'll be the same as GT5, mixed up cars but only one winner.

They should add:
-An F1 series like they have in F1 2012 with Vettel, Alonso, and all those guys
-Rally Series like they did in the older GTs
-A freestyle offroad mode to free roam (if anyone has played the Motocross series, this is what I'm talking about)
-Street free roam mode (very unlikely)
-GT3/WTCC racing series
-DTM series
-Other real-life racing series
-An event similar to 24 heures du Mans with different classes, one long race (not too long, like 20 laps) and make it change from night to day and have like 40 or so cars

Bring back the coffee break. But don't put them into license tests, put them on the GT mode. These would be fun laid back races, with tank cars and other you wouldn't race around a track.

You don't want much.. :P

Here's a few events I would like based on the cars comfirmed for GT6 so far:

Some Manufacture Races (with some names that I've made up, others based on older GT games):
- Jaguar XK Meeting
- Mustang: The Legend lives
- Focused for the Focus
- Supra Racing Meet
- Race of the Red 'R' Emblem
- ///M Power
- Club Z
- Race of the AMGs

Normal events:
- 4WD Challenge
- MR Challenge
- 70's Supercar Cup
- Classic British Lightweights
- Racing Mod vs Touring Car
- Hypercar Festival

What I would like to see is more events structured as a series rather than just seperate races. Why should only three or four of the later events be series?

Speaking of chase the rabbit in Seasonals, how about a few events where they reverse that? Limit your car to 400PP, but start you out at the front of a well spaced out pack. 2nd place could have 410PP, 3rd 420PP and so on. Sort of a "defend your position" Seasonal event where positions are issued based on a PP handicap. I think that sounds more fun than chase the rabbit personally.

Of course, they could just make better AI ;)

My race ideas
GRC/ERC Championship- rallycross championship encompassing different track sizes/conditions. Open to all RM/TC rally-able cars but must maintain 600 hp (or equivalent). Dirt tires required, must use numbers etc.

Gran Turismo Nurburgring Championship- Basically the 24 Hours of Nurburgring format (multiclass; sort of). Open to race cars 200hp and up (although cars like ZR1 RM should be capped below 800hp.)

LM vs. TC vs. RM Showdown- All LM cars vs TC.s and RM cars. Basically as it says in the title. Minimal tuning allowed. here's the kicker, rewards are based on finishing group. Champion declared following the 6-10 race series, with minor bonuses (100cr. boost, paint chip/livery editor decals/colors etc.) to all drivers of the class of car with the highest average in the championship.

Two words.... MANUFACTURER EVENTS!!!!!

And also, bring back driving missions. Best part of GT4. If anything, I'd say GT4 had the most complete and satisfying GT mode.

Some more manufacture race ideas (original or ones from the previous GTs):

- Beat the Beat
- Type R Meeting
- Celica Battle
- MR-2 & MR-S Event
- Camaro Meeting
- Vette Vette Vette
- Impreza Challenge
- Legacy Nation
- Viper: Power of the Snake
- Slithering Cobras
- Battle of the Mopars

VS Races:
Camaro vs Mustang
Vette vs Viper
AMG vs ///M
Evo vs Sti
Ferrari vs Lamborghini vs Ruf

More events on Nurburgring, less on Tsukuba
PP and tire restrictions
Races where the peak HP is limited as well as weight.

I agree, and the championships should be like they were in GT4, where they were at least 5 races, with FGT at 15 races long. Also the points should be the current FIA system.

I'd personally like to see B-Spec mode have the ability to field two or three cars other than just one that all of your bobs have to share.

Hopefully this means GT500 and GT300's on the same track!

Wouldn't be much different to the random lottery you get in a lot of events right now. For example, recent LMP1 cars with an Escudo along with 1960's Le Mans cars. The kind of lineup that was acceptable in GT2 but grating 14 years later.

Anyway as I have said before, ditch the categorisation of Beginner, Amateur, Professional because it's simply ridiculous. Then go with;

Manufacturer Races - GTR Trophy etc
National Races - German Championships, Italian Championships, restricted by HP or PP. I'm sure with a small amount of thought, PD could come up with a good idea.
GT League - Sunday Cup, Clubman Cup, have them limited by engine displacement or something. Include Karts in this category so it feels like some sort of natural progression.
Special Events - Like The Wind, and miscellaneous events like historic car cups like in GT2.
Endurance - Only if there is damage, and the AI is challenging, otherwise racing for over two hours is only about fighting crippling tedium. No thankyou.
Rallycross - I don't have any faith that the course maker will drastically improve, or that they will have the player racing ghost cars like in GT2. The rally courses will force the player to overtake slow AI at some point or other, and the stages will likely be very wide. So they should stick with rallycross, provided that the track is wide enough, and that the track isn't dusty.
