Does anyone have an understanding of what this install is?
The reason I ask is because I thought it would relate to the 'Install Game Data' function.
I thought that because I figured the patch download and install would relate to the Game Data folder on the XMB, and that the general Game Data and fast load access data would be separate.
We've just had an update with a new track, plus cars, followed by an in-game install.
Seems fair I guess, even though it's not an install from the disc, that some of the latest patch would be moved to the same area on the HDD for fast load access.
And yet :
'Check Install File Size' for v1.08 = 4,076MB
'Check Install File Size' for v1.09 = 4,076MB.
Therefore, what is this in-game install actually doing?
