Hi all,

I have created a PDF Template for recording tunes once they are finalised. I know GT6 allows you to save three at a time/vehicle but if you are running a series and want to retain your early round tunes then this is a great way to do so, in addition to the fact there is no reset to default option now so you are pretty much forced to keep one of the three as default setup anyway.

Also, it is more reliable than trusting the PS3/Game not to crash and lose your save data... :nervous:

By all means, I am happy for any feedback positive or otherwise which will allow me to improve it for future versions if I have overlooked something.

Happy tuning,

Xerx.

EDIT: Uploaded Revised Tuning Sheet (v2)

EDIT2: Uploaded Excel Version Of Tuning Sheet v2

To put gearbox back to default change to any other box then change back resets original to default.
Hope this helps, should work with suspension etc.:)

Really nice, only one thing to the "weight adjustment , amount and position" you can add the % of this weight repartition.
Congrats.

Well done, you even got the logo in there:cheers:. This may be extra useful early on in GT as you can no longer copy and paste tunes from one tuning sheet to the other, and unlike in GT5, you can't see the whole tune on one page now either.

I have another idea for you that might also be useful. A tuning worksheet and by that I mean, something where we can enter multiple values as we are going through the tuning process, mostly for the adjustable settings, the rest of the stuff can stay the same. You might have for example, FRONT SPRINGS and then instead of 1 box beside it have 6 smaller ones so we can enter different numbers as we sort out a tune.

Cheers, used to write them all down on a4 paper with a pen lol

Thanks for all the feedback guys, glad it will be of assistance to so many people. :)

Thanks for the feedback. 👍

Do you mind elaborating on your suggestion a little more though please, I don't quite follow what you are trying to explain sorry...

That's a really good suggestion thanks Johnny. 💡

The more I think about it though I have decided it may look too messy when you get to the final product as you will have 3-6 times as many boxes once you allow this for each setting. Added to the fact of then having very limited writing space, I imagine with the size of each box if I added that many, some people might find it difficult to read the figures or write small enough to fit it in.

Alternatively, if you wanted to have an editable record, I could always upload the Excel spreadsheet I used to create it? Then you can edit the numbers as desired and then print your final tune.

Cheers,

Xerx.

I'm just want to say that you can add to the ballast weight and position , the % of the weight repartition.
Like for example :
Ballast 50 kg position +50
Weight repartition : 45% front - 55% rear

Hi Praiano, thanks for explaining again. I understand what you mean now! 👍

I have added a new box for Weight Distribution on the right hand side above Brake Balance.

The updated PDF has been uploaded to the OP.

Further feedback is welcomed. :)

Happy tuning,

Looks great thanx. You won't maybe be able to make a Word or Excell version for players who don't have printers ?

Hi Ghost, thanks for the feedback. Sorry it has taken so long to get back to this, has been a busy month... :boggled:

I have updated the OP with an excel spreadsheet in addition to the PDF.

Hopefully that will prove more useful for you! 👍
