GT7 lobby vote track, room setting missing, no money received

I have opened the room for the first time

I noticed there are no vote track, room setting change missing....we raced one race and we didn't receive money after the race. How do I find a setting during the lobby room online?

You probably know by now, but you can’t change any of those settings once the room is created.
