Hello,
I purchased Sony Pulse Explore wireless earbuds to use with GT7 on my PS5. Since the first time I connected it via Buetooth to console, it keeps disconnecting. I drive a car and one of my earbuds disconnects. After several seconds it usually connects back (sometimes not) but it keeps doing again and again (PS5 is the only hardware connected to my earbuds and I have latest earbuds software installed).
My question is — Do you have similar experiences? And if so — have you solved it?

I tried to reset earbuds (and charging station as well) as it is recommended on earbuds help pages. But id did not solve the issue, it returns again and again. Can someone help?
Thanks.

Is this exclusively happening in GT7?

Do not know, the only app I use is GT7. I can try YouTube but the fact is that the issue exists no matter if in GT7 only or not.
If that's the case then this isn't a GT7 topic. If it only happens in GT7 then it is.

If they connect via USB dongle, change the port.

I had a similar issue with my Pulse 3D headset when the dongle was plugged into one of the back USB ports, but there was no issue when plugged into the front port.

Now I use a SteelSeries headset with a male-to-female USB extender so the USB dongle isn't tucked away behind the console or obscured in anyway.

Looks like you nailed it!👍
Once I plugged the USB dongle to the front USB port, buds work without disconnecting any more. Wow! Thanks a lot!
