GT7 Tire Temperature windows

I want to make a dashboard for tire temps but first I have to find out what the optimal tire temp windows are. I could simply use a preshaped Dash in Sim dash App but maybe the temps edited are not correct and more random. That's why I open this thread.

So what are the optimal tire temps so they are working good?
