Unfortunately not, no.

This is an issue that Polyphony Digital is investigating. If it does manage to find a fix then chances are it'll be part of the next update, which we're estimating to be on January 25th.

It's worth noting that the issue is intermittent; I've also had two weeks where I didn't get the rewards, but all the other weeks have been fine.

Same here, I just did July week 2, no prizes

So, I see that this is a long time recurring event that dates back to 2023. Is there anyway to contact GT7 to report the problem & maybe have them load your prizes?
Not really a big deal, I can run one Le Mans & cover the lost prize amount. I just don’t want this to be a recurring event for me.

Basically, no.

However, it's been a while since I've heard of this affecting people. The only guaranteed way to trigger it was (and still is) changing your system clock. Otherwise it's a rare occurrence for the most part and usually only affects a player for one week's events every now and then.

If you've not changed your system clock, it probably won't happen again.

What do you mean? If it doesn't work for the week or the next, then it doesn't work.

This is unrelated, you get daily workouts no matter what.
