GTA 2013 FRIED PS3 right after Install

I just downloaded GTA 2013 onto my playstation, installed it, and tried to start it, and right after the disclaimer screen my PS3 died. Screen tinted for a couple seconds, then went black, then complete distortion of colors across the screen. Mostly white and yellows.. Has any one else had this? I've never had a problem with my PS3 prior to this. I'm not pleased at all.

Let me know if you've seen or heard this before??

Could it be Ylod, or something else ?

There are serious issues with this game!! Crashes my 2007 fat 80gb within a minute of starting EVERY TIME.

Never had an issue with my PS3 and I continue to play other games and use as media center for hours at a time with no issues!

I had somethng similar to this and it turned out to be a broken HDMI cable.

I have also experienced this. And it was a messed up hdmi cable

I remember last year on Motegi, my Playstation would sometimes freeze once I crossed the finish line.

I think the problem isn't the your PS3 but the connection cable between PS3-TV.
