This is something I want to happen with a full free roam of GTPL members and friends with tanks, buzzards, jets and maybe throw in a huge dumptruck and a quary stone cutter.
Registrations below are completely open but I do aim to have at least 8 Rhino's and 4 Buzzards.
Two Jets and one of each quarry vehicles are optional but they would look nice in the group pic.
In the event that the vehicle balance in the registrations is completely off, I can assign certain people a specific vehicle to start with. This will be based on a first come, first serve base.
The idea is to pose first so someone can take a nice group photo first (like the pic above) and once that is done, we raise hell on the airfield against the LS Police.

This does require a bit of coordination and it takes time so please be patient and don't start flying and shooting around already. Order and inplacement for the pic are yet to be defined and will be announced as soon as possible.

Buzzard Pilots
I know, once the mayhem is unleashed, people in buzzards will get shot and killed accidentally. This is because of the autolock system of the other buzzards. So watch out who you're aiming at! In case you shoot somebody down, it is your responsibility to get them into a new buzzard ASAP. This is why I choose the airport as location. Easy access to three helipads. If you're on your way to get a new buzzard and you don't happen to have the level in order for it to spawn, walk away from the helipads and call for a level 100+ guy. He'll fly or drive towards the helipads then and will let you know when a buzzard is ready. Being the guy to help spawn the buzzard, you do need to wait untill the one you're helping is in the buzzard before you can continue the war against the LS police. It is of course allowed and maybe even encouraged that you call Lester for a removal of your wanted level before heading towards the helipads. Getting a wanted level again shouldn't be a big problem with all the police at the airport.
Tank drivers
I can only say this. Take a place somewhere on the runway and try not to move too much. Driving around in your tank will make police cars run into you and so lead to a pretty fast destroyement of your tank.
Use of mics
The use of your mic is allowed but not required.
Just keep in mind that when we need to set up for the group picture you keep mic chatter to an absolute minimum. Also during the mayhem try to keep it down a bit so when people, who need to get a new buzzard, can be heard.

If I'm correct the free roam max players is 16 so please only apply if you're 100% certain of your attendance.
