GTA3 Texture help

Too all those of you with Photoshop or something similar, and some free time.

I need some textures made, and since i dont have a decent program, i was wondering if i could get some of you people to make some.

doesnt need to be fancy, or anything, just something orginal

The only thing is it needs to be 64x64 pixels, so i can make it fit on the Diablo's gang car.

I'll give the original texture used by the game, so you can see it.

Also on the texture, the Right side of the texture is actually the bottom of the texture in the game, the game rotates it 90 degrees clockwise, then sticks it one the car.

Yes, actually there are 6-7 different rims throughout the game, and on for the tire tread

I dont know how that will turn out(the texture is stretched, and wrapped around the car a couple of times), but its hella cool, i think i'm gonna use it as my avatar

Yes Rim are easy, the texture is just like looking at the side of it.
