When the fries are fresh, McDonalds is god tier. Hashbrowns are pretty good too. Also, Dollar Drink Days are a life saver.

Everything else, I ignore. I'll go to better burger places in the area.

Their normal food is rather forgettable for the most part and I've really never understood the hype over their fries (I'm not really a french fry kind of person in the first place). Granted I will admit that once in awhile I do go for a Quarter Pounder with cheese.

Their breakfast on the other hand is rather good and simple enough where you don't have to worry about them screwing it up as much.

Considering you're Canadian though, you could probably get a better burger built at something like Harvey's. And that's just for national chain restaurants.

Perhaps, but the nearest Harvey's from my house is 20 minutes away, whereas there's a McDonald's down the road from where I live.

Huge corporation, apparently biggest toy distributor on earth, does raise a good chunk of change for charities. Most recognisable logo on earth (breasts ). Food is meh.

"Quality" of their food took a nosedive when it went from deadly to just not good for you. Also, for what they charge, you could actually get real food at many of the restaurants.
