When anything is made to piss off Enzo Ferrari himself earns a cool right away. Being the first production car from Lamborghini makes it even cooler. A nice V12 and extraordinarily beautiful lines keep on adding coolness. Those headlights look awkward to say the least but it's still an amazingly classy and cool car.

Sub-Zero

The reason Lamborghini didn't want to put the GTV into production is that, being slightly cooler than the GT, it would've broken the laws of thermodynamic.

As it is, the 350 GT is an elegant and actually functioning 250 GT. A very-very-very-subzero car.

If they kept this:

This is my main problem with this car, I really wish it had these pop-up lights, without it, limits me from giving it a sub-zero, but because it's a front engined Lamborghini, it has to be at least cool. I just really dislike those lights.

This car represents what was Ferruccio's original dream for his car maker: a perfect GT. Something to rival Ferrari and Maserati with. Although the name of the car, "350 GT" refers to the engine displacement, it also sounds like a one-up of Ferrari's 250 GT.

Why is there a photoshpped rectangle in the top left?

Has it just run over a cat?

Nevermind the Sub Zero, this thing's a danged commercial walk-in. SZ will have to suffice.
