If you picked up a girl in a mint example of one of these she'll think you're weird. In a good way.

Borderline SZ. It's not freezing cool but it's not warm by any measure.

'60s-'70s Japanese cars are very cool, but not a high-end luxury car, especially one built for government limousine use. There are few types of car that are uncooler than that. It gets a nudge up to Uncool because it's still more interesting than non-Japanese luxury sedans.

When I think of presidents of the time, I think of Nixon, and he was really uncool.

Oh, wait, this President? Eh, it reminds me of the earliest Skyline sedans and I find those very cool.

I'm going with cool here.

Interior could have been better and name isn't very original, obviously like most cars is... But the looks of it as it is slick, not something you see from Nissan all the time.

That got a High Cool for me.

There's a thing about Japanese executive sedans like this and the Celsior that nab my attention. They possess extreme amounts of comfort and luxury all while having good performance plus a good engine, not for hard driving, but for smooth cruising.

SZ

Not as cool as the obvious land barge Merc or a Rolls, but it's still imposing and odd. So I'll give it a nice cool.

A '65 Impala with the Turbo-Thrift six (230ci) had as little as 125hp with 1600kg to lug around.

Anyway...classy classic sedan--low Cool.

I'm going to make a wild guess that more Presidents also had the low-output option installed.

Oh they undoubtedly did--but 200hp with that sort of girth wasn't entirely unheard-of at that time.
