Sucks to have gotten the Lemans in the states and the UK had the hot hatch version. Cool.

An old hot hatch? Cool. I like this Opel GSI. 170 hp and 228 Nm of torque for a car that weighs less than 1000 kg. I'm not sure the 228 Nm of torque is correct though. I think it is around 197 Nm.

It had one of the very best 4 cylinder engines or its time, in terms of smoothness and specific output, plus! It was a similar shape to the 1970 Citroen GS but looked worse and was no more aerodynamic despite 14 years of progress, negative. It also had leaden steering, a below par gearchange and uninspiring handling.

Overall Meh. Must try harder GM.
