Nigel Mansell is to Formula One what Michael Owen is to football. Extremely talented but utterly devoid of all personality. You can hear the paint dry when they speak.

You mean Mansell could fit in this one?

He won the title in this one so he managed to squeeze his ego into it.

Also, dat pre-1995 exposed head:

Quite possibly my favourite Formula 1 car of all time.

..But I don't bother voting on race cars.

I don't know enough about this to make an educated decision. All I know is it was supposedly very succesful.

Successful race cars are cool.

This time I'm not going to say "Seriously Uncool because race car". It's a good looking and iconic F1 car.

Cool.

Was this the one with that weird electronic learning suspension in the Senna documentary on Netflix? And shortly after Senna signed with them they were banned and then absolute **** without the special suspension?

SZ. Walked off with the championship and would probably still give modern F1 cars a run for their money.
Have you taken leave of your senses?

Pole Position laps
Hungary 2015 - 119.47mph
Hungary 1992 - 118.38mph
Monaco 2015 - 99.42mph
Monaco 1992 - 93.65mph
Canada 2015 - 131.14mph
Canada 1992 - 124.69mph
Japan 2014 - 140.41mph
Japan 1992 - 134.74mph

Race times
Hungary 2015 - 106.15mph (11 laps of SC)
Hungary 1992 - 107.85mph
Monaco 2015 - 88.80mph (6 laps of SC)
Monaco 1992 - 87.20mph
Canada 2015 - 123.87mph
Canada 1992 - 117.76mph

Still, the winning time in races in 1992 is roughly 1mph faster than the Marussias. Which should be relatively humbling for the Banburians.

SZ because it was a time where Williams were where they deserved to be. Although they are getting back to the front which pleases me.

@Famine Interesting. Just doing the legwork on the other track as raced in both 1992 and 2014 which has the same configuration. Catalunya, Hockenheimring and Silverstone have had their layouts compromised too much while Monza has had minor changes maintaining the same distance but at a reduced speed.

Pole Position

Brazil 1992: 126.95mph / 204/30kph
Brazil 2014: 137.82mph / 221.81kph

Race Time

Brazil 1992: 117.69mph / 189.34kph
Brazil 2014: 126.62mph / 203.77kph

I was always under the impression that the 1993 FW15C was the slightly more advanced of the two Williams and that the 2003-2005 cars were the fastest; certainly, most if not all of the speed records were set at that period:

Fastest Ever Qualifying Lap: 162.90mph / 262.24kph (2004 Italian Grand Prix, Juan Pablo Montoya, Williams FW26)
Fastest Ever Classified Qualifying Lap: 161.80mph / 260.40kph (2004 Italian Grand Prix, Rubens Barrichello, Ferrari F2004)
Fastest Ever Racing Lap: 160.00mph / 257.50kph (2004 Italian Grand Prix, Rubens Barrichello, Ferrari F2004)
Fastest Ever Race: 153.85mph / 247.59kph (2003 Italian Grand Prix, Michael Schumacher, Ferrari F2003-GA)
Fastest Ever Absolute Speed: 231.50mph / 372.60kph (2005 Italian Grand Prix, Juan Pablo Montoya, McLaren MP4-20)
