Well it's not the Lexus LFA in which case I wold vote SZ but it's not the RCF which I would vote Uncool.

I wasn't sure what to go with so I just went with Cool since it looks nice and attractive.

It's striking and attractive for definite. Whilst it's a bit on the weighty side, I see absolutely nothing wrong with it, just a very stylish large coupe from Lexus.

So a steady cool it is.

If the LC 500 gets an F Sport package in the future, it would definitely get a 'Sub-Zero' ranking from me.

Otherwise, the base/Hybrid variants are still amazing. I'll give the LC 500 a 'Cool' rating, because it's like a Japanese-American crossbreed between a Mustang and a (very-expensive/Lexus-badged) Supra, when I saw the specifications for it. Why?

5-Liter V8+Toyota Supra-like Grand Touring body structure (despite, being badged as a Lexus.) = The LC 500.

No sign of a F-Sport package, but a F variant is coming in a year or so. Everything on its spec sheet is speculation, but I can tell you Mr. Toyoda does have a "highly modified" LC at their track facility in N. Texas.

The very first time I saw any press about this car I thought it looked incredibly good and I needed to find a way to eventually own one in my lifetime. Now looking at it, I think it already looks far less appealing. I feel like the current Lexus model range is dating itself way too much with the design, and this car, to me, is already starting to look somewhat dated and unattractive. Not too good for a brand new car...

I voted meh, it's no longer must-have, but it's not a bad car by any means.

This and basically every new Lexus that has that stupid front grille should be sent to hell. End of story.

This is not an exception to the rule... the only exception (that is invalid for the cool wall) is the RC-F GT3.

It looks great, but the performance is disappointing, the car is too heavy, and Lexus is still doing that "floating roof" thing. STOP IT!

To be fair, the performance is pretty similar to the S500 coupe. We'll probably get a car to rival the S63/65 when the LC-F eventually comes out.

Futuristic cool in the same vein as the i8.

Surprised by its porkiness but it's the only wide-mouth Lexus that doesn't look like it's been on the sharp end of a butcher's knife.

I kept seeing 3 of these driving around Hawaii last February and every single time I thought they were gorgeous. Quite pissed I never got a picture as they hadn't even gone on sale yet.

Cool.

I think it's quite attractive on a whole, and I really don't mind the new Lexus grill, plus the n/a V8 is a treat in a world of turbo sixes, but I view it as a 2-door LS for over $100,000 and that's just not very cool.

SU, obviously.
I'm confused. Do you mean to say that a '61 Plymouth isn't cool? :grumpy:

I'm not really liking that dashboard. The way things are proportioned, it looks like they tried to cram everything as far towards the driver as possible in an effort to keep the front passenger from touching any of it. That weird little modesty panel near the climate controls makes it all seem even more crowded.

As far as the exterior goes, I quite like the side and rear profiles, but... yeah, that front is just way too busy. Though it's not the grille that bothers me so much as the vents under the headlights and the huge indents that lead into them. Smooth that out and it'd seem a lot more elegant, in my opinion anyhow.

And hey, a rear-wheel drive coupe with a big V8? That's always a nice thing to me, especially in a world full of turbo everythings, crossover bodies and lawyer-proofed AWD systems.

I'm going with Cool, just because the parts I do like outweigh the few bits I don't.
