A high-performance, four-door V8 Jaaaag is an automatic "cool" from me. Love the fact that they tried to minimize the openings in the bumpers instead of going absolutely bro-tastic with the fake air intakes, as the Germans often do in their supersport sedans... But the factory graphics are tragic and whoever thought a Jaguar needed them needs to be shot, so I guess they balance out?

Uncool. It's everything that a Jaguar isn't, and shouldn't be; unlike having a stately, classy presence like most Jaguars, the SV Project 8 is flashy and showy. But I know, it's a track-oriented car, how could something like that still look stately and classy? The answer is, it can't, but that doesn't mean a track-day car can't be a monster on the Nurburgring without looking garish. All of the subtle character and Jaguar charm of the regular XE trims has been thrown out the window; the Project 8 is like the British version of a GT-R NISMO in a way. Do away with the graphics, phony bits, and instead offer more toned-down colors along with the bright ones and tame the exterior as a whole, and it may be enough for me to vote Cool.

Factory Rice? Uncool.

Factory rice on a Jaguar sedan? Super uncool.

It just barely avoids being seriously uncool because it's not too nerdy, and produces a neck-breaking sound.

“Factory rice” is really pushing it, as it’s far nicer than any ricer I’ve seen. It’s got just as much go as it has show. But that’s just me.

It's clearly quality, but the wide body, the wing, skirts, appendages, splitter, and especially the Jaguar-themed vynil push it over the top for me.

I fail to see the "rice" in a car that clearly benefits from its modifications; it has the 'Ring and Laguna Seca record lap times for a 4-door car.

Fair points, but to a general, non-enthuisast audience, I don't think that makes the car any cooler.

I love how showy it is, but this is a Jag.
Aren't Jags supposed to be classy and understated? This is exactly the opposite, even if all these go-fast bits actually helped the car to smash various track records, I don't think the majority of the people in the world would care about it.
Seriously uncool.

I would imagine a general, non enthusiast audience would most likely not take part in a cool wall, and more so seek one out or put one together in the first place. So it's a moot point really

I want a four-door sedan but I also want the option to have no back seats and put a heap of scaffolding in the back. Uncool.

Seriously uncool, in just about every way possible. Going really fast isn't cool. Engineering a saloon car to be really fast isn't cool. Large spoilers arent cool.

This car is ultra cool for me. I was between sub-zero and seriously uncool but had to go SZ just because of how mad of a car it is and because fast sedans hold a special place in my heart. It's in my top 5 sports sedans, but I'd definitely take something like an Omega/Carlton over it.
