Quite possibly the finest new luxury sedan that money can buy. It just oozes opulence and class, in a truly Japanese fashion. The styling is just right; classical and modern at the same time. It's not overly showy or ostentatious but not too understated either. It may be considered the "Japanese Rolls Royce" but unlike a Rolls Royce, this isn't the type of car bought by athletes, celebrities, and others with far more money than taste, only adding to it's cool factor.

Would've voted SZ if the GRMN version was not a part of this nomination. As a Japanese car geek, I do admit I'm fascinated by it, but it's definitely not cool. It's the opposite of what a Century is supposed to be, appearing sporty and flashy as opposed to timeless and classy.

Either way, SZ from me. What can I say, I like luxobarges. Only thing to make this one cooler would be the V12 the previous gen had. Now, let's see how long they make this gen...

Wasn't it just a one-off thing though? It doesn't really matter to me, but the GRMN seems like it's different enough to warrant its own poll. But the rules are the rules, no sense in splitting hairs.

Honestly, I'd drive this over any Rolls-Royce, Bentley or otehr luxurious car. Not sub-zero, but it's a high cool. Love this thing.

It's cool...I guess. It's at least unique, but I'd honestly take a first or 2nd gen Century over this one in a heart beat. I think they look better than the new one, as this one looks a bit...generic. The GRMN version makes no sense to me as well. And even though it's a really nice, well-built Toyota,....you're still spending $180K+ on a Toyota sedan.

The fuel economy is insane, though. A massive Japanese luxo-barge that gets 32 US MPG? That's pretty rad.

That's the allure of Japanese cars for me. A plethora of interesting vehicles that make no sense whatsoever!

Hmmm... odd car. I think it is cool. My only issue with it is i think, even for intentionally understated looking vehicles, it really doesnt look exciting. I think it would gain a few more points were its a wee bit more elegant.
