Additional information: The hardest-core of all the hardcore RenaultSport Méganes, the Trophy R is a 500-unit special edition that recently set the lap record for front-wheel-drive vehicles at the Nurburgring Nordschliefe (because of course). Stripped out and with carbon fibre bits thrown everywhere that they can go, the Trophy R also comes with a rather exorbitant price tag to go along with its exorbitant performance.

Essentially the French counterpart of the Civic Type-R, but with some tacky looking decals added, enough to push an Uncool to Seriously Uncool. It's all substance but no style; it may be one of the fastest and most meticulously engineered FWD cars ever produced, but that doesn't hide the fact that it's just screaming for attention on the outside, and frankly isn't good looking.
