It looked a bit confusing. You made me have to think about it when you mentioned it.
I swear I see these two at 1:21:33
The outlines and color of them look so similar, I doubt I'm mistaking them.
With Las Vegas, the logo that I'm looking at in the video fades from red to blue. I wouldn't post these if I wasn't sure.
Are the small ones at the bottom of that Sheet of logos tracks, too? They're so tiny, they're impossible to compare.

It looks to me like there was no editing done beyond the color correction. There was color in the original, but it was a bit off due to Amar's recording equipment, and those new videos partially fixed that.
Basically the video equivalent of taking a photo of someone with a cheap digital camera and using too much flash, and then using Photoshop or GIMP to reduce (but not completely eliminate) red-eye.
....Wasn't Amar the guy who leaked all that GT5 stuff around this time last year?

!! Yeah I thought I noticed that too but didn't think much of it @ the time. That's crazy man, I KNEW they didnt just..."not want" to include those tracks in the game. Also, I noticed there are some other track logos that I don't recognize.
Yeah when I paused it at 1:19:47 I managed to spot Valencia, Cathedral Rocks, Midfield, Citta Di Aria, Gran Canyon and I think apricot Hill. It's quit hard to tell.

For the first two times I watched it, I actually thought it was real footage, then I noticed the driver's hands.
Amazing graphics for both the track and the interior.
I particularly don't like the hand animation very much for it seems a bit too forced, trying to show you the driver is changing gears, when that movement, in real life, is very subtle.
Anyway, awesome little clip!
