Very good to see someone putting in the effort of updating the Hall of Fame, it was discussed a while ago, but no progress had taken place. Awesome! + rep.

Yep it has screwed up big time all I see is five pictures and a hell of a lot of code...:scared:

It's good to see somebody got this back up and running; there was talk of getting it back up, and I had done just about all of the H2H stuff and then Rev handed me 2.0 and I forgot all about it. However, a few things:

  • You're going to quickly hit a limit with the first post containing a ton of pictures. You should probably have multi-posted after that for a while to make some room, especially considering the high amount of new comps.
  • Having a single person in charge of the HOF causes some problems. If all Comp runners used a central one, it would be far easier for when the time comes that someone invariably steps down. If for whatever reason you're gone Bram, we'll be stuck in this same situation again ;).
  • H2H has been updated to the most recent now, but due to it's unique 3-poll setup, I've included the winners from both polls (hey, they both won something!). So that's 90 pictures right there!

So, I don't know how we're going to do this. Having it open to discussion will messy it up, and the whole point of this is to be as direct as possible when people want to look at old stuff. Also, maybe a login similar to the Gallery Directors one? I dunno, but either way I'm all up for this, I'll try and get 2.0 compiled in a manageable way this week :)

Oh, P.S. For my week 69 Orange Car win, that's 725's image you used, not mine. It was the MS Elise, and if the link's gone dead in the original thread I still have it for re-hosting :).
 
Maybe there would be a way for a remote site to host the images. I'm starting my final project for webpage design class and I may be able to whip something up (no promises tho).
 
That's a good idea, and I've got some free webspace available that a friend allows me to use, if need be. So if I ask nicely, we could also have that ;).
 
A website would do 👍
... I am thinking all images can be host on GTplanet since any premium user can have lots of space for their own gallery.

Don't worry about me leaving SlipZ, that'll take a long time ;)👍

However, I'm thinking about starting with the 2.0 Photomode this weekend, if that's OK SlipZ. I'll probably be sending you a PM soon about the H2H so that I or we can start on it as soon as possible 👍
 
Are you going to be putting up all competitions in here Bram?
I could send you all the winning shots and themes so far for my Drift Comp to make it easy for you. :)

Big 👍 for doing this. I was actually thinking about it, it is a great way to get inspiration.
