Oh, not a single post in here... I guess it's because everyone has been lazy so far. Anyway, this will get updated at some point with setups for all LMPs for different tracks too as we progress in our series. All setups will be online-ready because of that.

Okay, Bentley setup coming today, with suggestions for variation. 👍

Edit: Here you go, as it is right now:

Aids: TC and ABS set to 1
Downforce: 60/85
Ballast: 60kg
HP: 601
High RPM Turbo

Transmission: Top Speed 280 mph

Adjustable LSD: 5/5/15

Suspension:

Ride Height: -10/-9
Springs: 13.8/14.2
Extension: 8/8
Compression: 7/7
Anti Roll Bars: 4/3

Camber: 1.7/ 1.2
Toe: .1, .2

Brakes: 8/6

This is specifically tweaked to Suzuka circuit.

Edit: All credit goes to BermudaKid and Tissimo, whose settings I've basically combined to get the car fairly good.

My first 4 setups are shared with Bermudakid now, just waiting for him to put them in the OP. All of them are general setups though, but expect custom setups later (if the thread gain just a little success).

Does somebody want to try out the setups and give reviews, maybe?

Here is the current setup I am using on the 980 for season three races. I am not great at setting up cars though and still having a problem with understeer on corner entry and mid corner so thinking about reducing ride height some more at front maybe. Open to any better suggestions from more experienced tuners on how to improve setup though.

LSD - 5/5/5

f/r
Ride height -15/-15
Spring rate 9.0/13.5
Dampers EXT 2/7
Dampers Com 1/5
Anti-roll 1/2
Camber 2.9/0.0
Toe -0.03/0.06
Brakes 6/10

Transmission I usually just auto adjust to redline at end of longest straight don't adjust individual gearing.

Bombe's Set-Ups are posted in the OP

kirk if you want i can give you a spreadsheet and you can post your 908 setup

My tunes have been updated. Added the BMW v12 LMR, and the Nissan R92cp. My GT-One, 908 tunes are not the best, the R10 sucks.. lol

Updated my 787B tune for better low tire grip (one stop indy winner), and Bentley (also better low tire grip).

Edit: also added the top speed on the gear ratios. This was only used to set up the gear ranges, after that set up the gears and adjust the speed by Final Drive ratio ONLY.

I very much enjoyed the video.Good work 👍

I've been getting into driving these types of race cars so i'll give these set-ups a try soon.

Just found this thred. I'm sooooo looking forward to trying out these tunes. I will post how I like them later. Thanks guys I've been waiting for tunes for LMP-1....

I'll make updates this weekend = add more tunes

New physics should also mean that some tunes would get updated at some point, but for now, I'll leave it as it is. Our season is over soon (this Saturday??).

The famous GT one tune - specifically built for Grand Valley

LSD: 9, 10, 25

Suspension:
Ride height: -15, -10
Spring rate: 15.2, 17.2
Dampers (ext): 8, 9
Dampers (comp): 7, 6
Anti roll: 6, 3

Camber: 2.8, 2.4
Toe Angle: -0.05, -0.10

Brake balance: 7, 5

Has awful understeer but an extremely good rear end. Hope you enjoy it.

Peugeot 908 Hdi FAP '10
Please note that this is not my tune.

Intended Driving Options
Transmission: Manual (MT)

Notes: The settings I use are slightly different. I didn't bother changing the transmission gearing so I don't know if it makes a difference. The driving aids I use are manual gears, TC 1 and ABS 1, everything else off. I also use a pad and if it's good on that, it'll be even better with a wheel.

Loving the LMP tunes but I'm not able to set some of my gear ratios because they are to low. Do you know how I can fix this??? Or why I can't get down to the low ratio????.... Thanks

On mine I set top speed first then adjust the gears. I usually set it to 245-250 then adjust from there.

I set the top speed first. But I still have problems getting the low ratios. Not sure why but would love to fix the problem.

Would really like to get involved racing and tuning these type of cars. Never find any serious clean and friendly racers. Also like FIA GT1, 2 and 3 class racing. I will try your tunes.
I drive the Sauber, Minolta, Pescarolo and the Peugeot 908 (premium).
Normally at Sarthe 2009. What other courses should I tune for to properly drive these type of cars?

Tried the Toyota tune, works pretty good, stable. The only thing is traction. That's about the only thing I can think of, sometimes it gets a little loose, but putting TC up too high ruins the cars behavior in turns I feel.

My latest since 2.02 trying to control rear tire wear.

And the GT1 - The backend is loose on worn softs or Meds/Hards so needs a bit more tweaking.
