Replay Checking:

1. It is customary for all participants of the WRS to verify each others submitted replays

Typically lack-lustre performance from yours truly that I'd like to put down to being rusty but I'd only be kidding myself. Congrats to all the podiums and a big thank-you to Chris for the tune, sorry I couldn't do more with it.

Thanks everyone! I worked hard on this combo, love these cars.They were my second choice for my 100th TT. I find it amazing how you guys can get into the 45's in T3. Maybe someday I will be able to as well.

About the gears, I don't know what gears Mathew was using but depending on the ratios (my ratios were different from Chris').

The only win I had in D1 was in week 106. That was with the Nissan GT-R '07 on..... Fuji. See a pattern starting here? LOL. But that week Bandit beat me for the overall, when he was still in D2

Good T3 too, but in some corners you could have used a bit more width of the track to straighten your line. The final corner was about the same as I did, except you used first gear for a short while.

Interesting choice of 4th gear in the kink after turn 1, and your decision to flick to 3rd coming out of the corner before the long straight in T2 probably cost you a few tenths, sector 3 looks pretty good but for a bit of cleaning up with your lines, particularly in the left hander before the last corner and the last corner itself.

Like Al you used 4th gear at the kink after T1, I'm not sure whether it didn't matter but for me it seemed like 3rd was a bit better through there (I may be wrong) In T1 first corner if you flicked to 1st it was easier to trail brake into the corner and I also think you turned in a little early compromising your exit. The rest of the lap was pretty good but you were very hesitant in several corners and that costs a lot of time cumulatively.

Thanks for the comments Manu and the replay review. I felt I scrubbed off too much speed in the kink and down shifted to 3rd to compensate. As for T3 it was 2/10ths slower then my PB and it was the usual (OH MY, that's a good T2 split , don't blow it!!!!)

I'm always trying to refine the "smooth thing" and in that turn I could treat it like a momentum roller and torque sliding always works for me which is usally a gear higher

In T1 first corner if you flicked to 1st it was easier to trail brake into the corner and I also think you turned in a little early compromising your exit.

That's the trade off, late knife edge corner or an early entry that slowly opens up the rear end. Mostly a style play
