not nearly as cool as the RX-7, the RX8, which sports a "chick car" more than a "sports car" image, is seriously uncool.

As someone else said, the RX7 is more of a purer sports car. The RX8 is good on the tracks, but it's just not as "cool". CAn't really put my finger on why tho...it's partially the bubblegum looks, for sure.

UNCOOL. Not a RX-8 fan at all and in magazines the ones fortunate enough to grace the pages are these lack luster Hot Wheel replicas. This is the almost the worse Predecessor vs. successor only number 2 to the DC2 vs DC5, the RSX ended being the end of the road for my beloved Integra's .

Uncool. Good looking car, but regardless of the "chick thing" most people are afraid of, if I can't race it, it isn't cool.

I voted cool, why? Because in my opinion this concept version is better than the production version by miles. 280bhp compared to I believe 231? Don't quote me on that, not a big rotary fanboy. Also, it looks so much cooler than the production model.

I still prefer the RX-7, but even so, nice car.

Concept or Production, RX-8= UNCOOL no matter how you cut it. RX-7 best thing Mazda put a Rotary in next to the 787B.

The Furai. Oh that thing, I've been quoted for saying 'I think this car is just superb and graciously designed.' (see Mazda Furai Concept thread, GTPSP), so yes the Furai too LoL.

Voted cool, power is very ample and the handling is superb. I can get past the "chick-ish" looks because while I may drive a "girl's" car, more likely than not all the serious boy's machinery is in my rear view.
