Hi Chisto
I would suggest that a subtle application of the Search function on this forum would bring you a plethora of settings and opinions on the subject of interest.
I don't intend to sound sharp but such a question has been asked many, many , many times and it is always considered 'good form' in the OLR community to at least have a go at searching for the information you're after prior to asking directly.

Go to this site:
http://www.gtvault.com/default.cfm
Type in R33 in the search window.
Click the little icon under "Actions" to view the setups.
Go with the one from the guy who calls himself "Fumes". His setups are always great. They're so good they're almost like cheat codes or something. Study his chassis-tuning tendencies and you'll learn a lot.
