Nobody knows, but probably nothing. Yamauchi has stated that there's no plan for anything but starting GT7 from scratch for everyone, so there's a high chance nothing you've done in GTS will carry to GT7 at all.

There is a small chance that you will receive some kind of reward in GT7 for having played GTS, though this is also most likely not tied to any particular level of progression (like GT4 with GT3 and GTC).

If they were to move the Sport mode into GT7 then there would probably be some carryover, otherwise I'm pretty sure your progress just stays in GT Sport like every other GT game.
