i only know of this car because it was one of the cheaper maisto models avail. saw one at laguna seca a few years ago in real life but would love to find out more about these.

I have a model of this which maisto simply named the special edition-it has a "50" in the middle of the corvette crest, so I guess that explains the gold color.
Anyway, I also have a Specter Werkes Group 5 Z06 maisto model, and every component is exactly the same on both models other than the colors. I'm pretty sure that isn't so on the real cars, which makes me want to trade one of them.
