Slash is an amazing guitar player, one of the best ever. Axl not a great front man but he had a set of pipes on him, a bunch of great songs made.

Yeah, the Appetite for Destruction album was really good, but I thought that the whole Use Your Illusion double-album was indicative of little more than them believing their own hype - a bit like Oasis.

You're right though, some cracking tunes.

Appetite fo Destruction...still an ass kicking album. Whenever I get sick of all the whiny pretentious crap (this happens pretty often) I put on Appetite.

Lies is awesome too...especially the acoustic version of "You're Crazy". Of course, there's always "Used to Love Her"... :fdevil:

I used to listen to Appetite for Destruction all the time when i was a Teen Haven't heard it in a long time now

Welcome to the jungle, and sweet child o' mine where my favourites back then . All them years ago

I'm gonna have to get hold of it again, re-live my youth
