i was just wondering if anyone has figured out a way to wire up a handbrake and reverse button up directly to the DFP wheel without using a seperate controller so you can use them on others games besides gran turismo. i have already got a shifter wired directly to the wheel and a clutch on it and it works without any problems while still keeping the original one, the cool thing about it is im actually using the center console out of a car. if i could get the others wired up that would allow me to have a clutch that works like a real clutch on games such as toca and enthusia.
don't say frex, not saying there products isn't quality stuff, but i just think for the price you pay to get there brake, shifter and all that jazz i could build something better and more suitable for me.
also i am currently working on a true h shifter that will allow you to select the gears individualy and was wondering if anyone has accomplished this task. i seen a while back someone was in the process of making one but just quit updating the thread and that a fellow by the name of Werner Winkels, who sounds like a genious, has done it using some kind of a rotating disc.
Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated
