Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! 👍
Just got back home from my driver's license test, and I've passed. Personally I felt everything went well, and I felt more controlled and secure now that I was driving on my own without anyone commenting my actions. The test lasted for just over an hour, which is longer than usual, and we drove up into the mountains. I met a truck on the mountain roads which I stayed behind so that I could get to our destination at a slow but controllable pace. When returning some idiot was driving right on my tail. The "examinator" as we call him, I don't know what it is in English said he noticed me stressing by the guy behind me. In the end, he drove past me. Other than me driving faster and not letting him by at once was the only thing he commented on. It feels good to finally have my license, although I don't own a car. But this is not necessary as I really don't need a car either when going to university, a bus is way cheaper anyway. That way, I can keep my budget concentrated on my studies, and when I'm finished with my engineering studies, I've got a steady job and a place to stay, then we'll talk cars. 👍
